Cons:

Non respect des conditions contractuelles et incapacité de l acceuil à trouver une solution . Pour un etoile , il est incomptehensif de ne pas etre logé dans la chambre reservée et payée. Et finalement se reduit à dormir sur une lit d une place à plus de 230 euros la nuit: Sejour tres inconfortable .

Hôtel proche de La Défense - sans doute à rénover
Pros:

emplacement très bien proche de La Défense, une quartier pas désagréable avec de noimbreux choix de restaurants.
Un accueil très souriant. Une chambre correctement agencée (mais qui mériterait un raffraichissement).

Cons:

Petit déjeuner juste correct car peu de choix et des produits de qualité moyenne.
Ce n'était pas la première fois que je venais dans cet hôtel et, cette fois j'ai été décu. Une clmimatisation difficilement réglabe et une couette "d'hiver" ont rendu ma nuit désagréable.

Hôtel de bonne qualité, à recommander !
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, bien entretenu avec lit confortable.
Le service client est impeccable avec un personnel très accueillant.
La cuisine est parfaite avec un bon petit déjeuner varié !

Cons:

La spa était hors lors de notre séjour. Par ailleurs, il n'y a pas de piscine à l'hôtel.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Metro war nicht weit entfernt.Das Hotel war sauber und das Frühstück war ok.
