Bir çok ülkede Mercure gruplarında konakladım, bu kadar negatif bir deneyimim hiç olmadı. Üzgünüm asla önermiyorum.

Malesef konum hariç oldukça kötüydü.

Cons:

Personel çok problemliydi. İngilizceleri yetersizdi. İlk gün saat 13.00 gibi tesise ulaştık, saat 15.00 den önce odaya alamayacaklarını belirttiler. Bavullarımızı bırakıp WC de üstümüzü değiştirip şehir merkezine gittik. Gece 23.00 de otele döndüğümüzde personel değişmişti ve bize rezervasyonumuzun olmadığını söyleyip odaya almadılar. Yaptığımızı uzun görüşmeler, booking mailleri ve ödeme kayıtları ile kendimizi ispat ettikten sonra 23.30 gibi odaya kabul edildik. Ayrıca 200 dolar hiç bir yerde yazılı olmayan bir ön ödeme aldılar. Saat geç olduğu için artık ödeyip odaya geçmeyi tercih ettik. Bu ödemeyi yapmazsakda odaya alınmamak ile tehdit edildik malesef. Oda çok küçüktü, terlik yoktu, su yoktu.

L’odeur agréable dès le hall d’entrée . Les chambres ont un parfum magnifique également .
Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien fourni.

Cons:

le service de nettoyage qui n’arrête pas de frapper aux portes avec insistance, même quand on est paisiblement endormi .

Pour un hôtel de ce standing, la qualité n’est plus ce qu’elle était
L’accueil sur le rooftop était catastrophique : on arrive à 23h55, alors que c’est ouvert jusqu’à minuit 30, on refuse de nous servir et au moment du départ, le personnel a été grossier .
Très déçus.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était convenable. C’est le seul point positif de l’établissement.

Cons:

Le personnel est incompétent et désagréable et pas souriant. Il semble ne pas avoir envie d’être là et mal dans son travail.
Les lits grinçaient énormément. Impossible de bouger en dormant.
Les sanitaires en mauvais état.

Notre chambre : trou dans le mur et tapis plein rempli de taches. Lit d appoint pas confortable du tout. Nous avons dormi à trois dans le lit double.

Review – Mercure La Défense Paris
I stayed at Mercure La Défense Paris for three nights, and unfortunately my experience with the breakfast service was extremely disappointing.
Today was my last day, and I had to leave the hotel without breakfast despite it being included in my stay. I arrived at 7:30 a.m., well within breakfast hours, but almost all platters were completely empty. There were no vegetables, not a single fruit available, and hardly anything left to eat.
Breakfast was being served in two separate rooms, yet both were nearly empty. Guests were standing around waiting, but the staff did not refill the food items in time. It felt very poorly managed and unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Leaving for my departure without breakfast after paying for it was very frustrating. Sadly, this experience significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel.
I hope the management improves their breakfast service and guest experience in the future.

Il y a des fenêtres dans la suite junior mais elles ne peuvent pas être ouverte, c’était très désagréable! Sentiment d’étouffer. Aller demander une solution au personnel mais rien à proposer. Les cartes de la chambre marcher une fois sur 2. Hormis une personne a l’accueil qui était sympatique le reste de l’équipe n’était pas à l’écoute de nos besoins où avait une attitude peu chaleureuse
