Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Die Hausdame ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Die Austattung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage kühlte nur bedingt.

Das beste Frühstück seit Jahren in einem Hotel! Sehr gute Betten, gute Lage, Ruhe, funktionierende Klimaanlage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, besser geht, in Montpellier nur noch hier
