Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut mitten in der Stadt. Restaurants und Altstadt sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Eine Zufahrtsbeschreibung vorab bei der Buchung wäre hilfreich gewesen, da wegen einer Baustelle die normal Zufahrt nicht möglich war.

J’étais venue pour assister au mariage de ma nièce. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait.
Pros:

J’ai demandé une bouteille d’eau à la FDC car je ne voulais pas de service et elle a été très réactive.
J’ai eu l’occasion de rencontrer la gouvernante étant moi même gouvernante dans un 5 étoiles.

Cons:

Que l’on m’impose de laisser une caution à l’arrivée!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Franchement, cet hôtel m’a bluffée.

Je suis venue spécialement pour mon week-end d’anniversaire et je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux. Je n’ai vraiment pas été déçue, bien au contraire.

Tout était au rendez-vous : la décoration du hall, l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel, et surtout la chambre, que j’ai trouvée absolument superbe. Beaucoup d’espace, une très belle décoration et une atmosphère vraiment agréable.

Le personnel est adorable, très gentil et aux petits soins. Rien à redire sur l’accueil.

Et alors le petit déjeuner… un délice ! Beaucoup de choix, de l’espace, une très belle salle… vraiment, tout était parfait.

Mon seul petit regret : ne pas avoir testé le restaurant. Mais ce n’est que partie remise !

Une très belle découverte et une expérience que je renouvellerai avec grand plaisir.

Tout était parfait ! L'ensemble du personnel a été sympathique et professionnel. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais avec le tram 1 ce n'est pas un problème. Les chambres sont très modernes tant dans la décoration que dans les équipements. Le double vitrage, la climatisation et la literie ont contribué à ce que nous passions deux nuits très reposantes durant cet été caniculaire.
