La chambre est spacieuse et propre. L'emplacement est idéal si l'on vient en train. La situation géographique est top pour partir visiter la ville ancienne à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre propre et Petit déjeuner copieux... les 2 dames dans le service étaient très gentilles aussi. C'était ma première fois... Je reviendrai dès que j'aurais l'opportunité dans l'avenir. Merci!

Du bruit et mauvais acceuil : A fuir
Pros:

J'ai demandé une chambre au calme (car je devais travailler le soir) et je me suis retrouvé en face de l'ascenseur. Il fait un bruit incroyable chaque fois qu'il fonctionne. Nuit compliqué lorsque l'on craint le bruit.
Lorsque j'ai demandé à changer de chambre, on m'a dit "NON" l'hotel est complet. La réponse habituelle des hotels.
Lors de ma plainte le lendemain, on m'a répondu, c'est pas ma faute, vous n'avez pas à vous plaindre comme çà.
J'ai demandé à être rappelé et que je souhaitais un remboursement. Aucune réponse
C'est inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles. A fuir

La salle de bains est de bonne taille. La propreté. L'hôtel se situe à proximité de la gare et à 10 minutes à pieds de la ville ancienne.

Pros:

Die Lage, das Parking direkt unter dem Hotel obwohl mit enger Einfahrt.
Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Einfahrt in das Parking war extrem eng und die Parkplätze klein
Leider gab es im TV kein einziges deutschsprachiges Programm.

A wonderful stop over during a train trip between Barcelona and Milan
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel in a superb location; the staff were friendly and very helpful. the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, overall a very good experience.
