The breakfast was tasty and healthy. Loved it so much. We were full for most of the day and could go about our activities. We only ate again in the evening.
I love the colours of the hotel and that it is huge. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is near supermarket Soraya and many eating places. We took an uber to walmart and ate some mango slices on the way and other street food.
The television stopped working. I was watching shows on YouTube because I don't understand Spanish but suddenly I couldn't watch anymore. Was a big inconvenience. Two gentlemen came to repair and said they would return after 30 minutes but they never came back.
It was very cold our last night. We put the AC off but cold air was coming in the vents and was quite uncomfortable.

No me gustó para nada eso que no tenga teléfono cuando uno necesita algo tiene un número de WhatsApp que nunca contestan uno escribe y nunca contestan necesite unas cosas en algún momento y no nada ese servicio me pareció súper malo es lo único mal que tiene el hotel.
Todo excelente, si me hubiera gustado que tuviera una nevera. El personal de seguridad un espectáculo. Lo recomiendo en un 100x100
