Un bon hôtel !
Pros:

Hotel bien situé non loin du mercado 28, de l'embarcadère pour Isla Mujeres et du parque las Palapas en voiture.
La chambre de luxe est bien équipée et spacieuse avec un ménage quotidien.
Le petit déjeuner continental un regal

Le personnel est sympathique hors celui qui nous a accueillis à la réception le jour de notre arrivée.

Hôtel simple pour une escale. Chambre spacieuse, piscine très agréable, petit déjeuner complet mais odeur assez souvent dans les couloirs. De l’eau fraîche est à disposition pour recharger les gourdes ce qui est très appréciable. Situé proche du centre avec emplacement de stationnement.

Pros:

Das Executive Zimmer ist blitzsauber und hat eine gute Größe. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man hat jederzeit Zugriff auf kostenloses Trinkwasser und Kaffee. Das ist Gold wert.
Außerdem fanden wir den großen Pool mit den kostenlosen Pool Handtüchern und der Pool Bar echt gut. Zum Mercado 23 kann man laufen, genauso wie zu einem echt guten Taco Restaurant in der Straße. Das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend, auch für mich als Vegetarierin. Für 2 Nächte vor unserem Rückflug eine super Wahl.

Cons:

Beim Check-in hat sich das Personal nicht gerade darum gerissen, uns zu begrüßen oder überhaupt mal aufzuschauen. Getoppt wurde diese Situation durch den abschätzigen Kommentar der Mitarbeiterin zu ihrem Kollegen (auf Spanisch) "Ich dachte, das seien Amerikaner.", der daraufhin zustimmte. Vor Gästen auf Spanisch zu lästern ist schon echt unterste Schublade. Aber zusätzlich so naiv zu sein und zu denken, dass wir als Touristen nichts verstehen (ich spreche fließend Spanisch), ist das Letzte. Beim Check-out und anderen Mitarbeitern selbiges Spiel: Kein Danke, kein Auf Wiedersehen, nur motivationsloses Nicken. Vielleicht sollte das Personal an der Rezeption die Berufswahl überdenken.
