Me encanto todo se siente paz y todos son muy amables, la comida deliciosa. Las camas comodas el mantenimiento limpio todo el tiempo, volveria muchas veces mas gracias a todo el personal.

I have a suite with one room, but the view wasn't the greatest, and my shower didn't have warm water, only cold.

We saw some ants lined up at the bottom corner and one gecko on the wall in the wash room.
The breakfast buffet was delicious. I enjoyed the spacious rooms with the Mexican artwork. The cleaning staff does an excellent job in keeping hotel clean. Hotel is in a centralized location.

Très bel hôtel, propre, avec un bon emplacement, proche de la gare ADO. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La navette gratuite pour la plage est très appréciable, tout comme le café et l’eau à volonté. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Hotel excelente relacion precio caliddad. Comodo. Limpio. Con una piscina limpia, bonita. No esta en la zona hotelera, pero en cancun todo queda relativamente cerca en bus, uber, etc. Buen desayuno bufet. Buen WIFI. Reservamos inicialmente por 3 noches para probar (como solemos hacerlo para no amarrarnos inmediatamente con un alojamiento) y decidimos extenderlo por 5 noches mas.
Seria muy bueno que las habitaciones contaran con frigobar para guardar bebidas u otras cosas que uno compra y mantenerlas heladas y en buen estado. El resto todo bien.
