I like the hotel, my third stay in the past 8 years.
Pros:

Centrally located. Somewhat dated. Courteous staff. Consistently very good breakfast.

Cons:

I’m a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member. I made reservations several months ago through Bookings because when I called the hotel directly, I was immediately connected to Bookings. Because I made the reservations through Bookings, I was denied access to the Club, and did not accrue points. I find this policy annoying and incomprehensible.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение. Вкусные завтраки. Тихо, я никого не слышала. Спокойно добавили еще одного человека к бронированию. В номере чисто, никаких проблем. Отель отличный, я рекомендую.

Cons:

В описании отеля не сказано, что они берут залог, примерно 50 евро за ночь. Для меня стало удивлением, когда вместе с оплатой списалось еще дополнительно 100 евро. Сумма вернулась через три дня, как выехала. Некритично, но прошу добавить эту информацию в описание.

Pros:

Schön, super zentral, ruhig, sauber, Freundlichkeit

Cons:

Badewanne mit sehr hohem Rand als Duschwanne, wobei der „Stehplatz“ unter dem Duschkopf die nahezu schmalste Stelle zum Stehen war, daher sehr unsicher. Bad (Zimmer) etwas zu eng und wenig Möglichkeiten, etwas aufzuhängen

Uitstekend hotel op centrale lokatie
Pros:

Zeer comfortabel, uitstekende faciliteiten, geweldig ontbijt met zeer veel keus.
Goede parkeer faciliteiten onder het hotel

Emplacement idéal et comfort
Pros:

Très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la place du marché et de l´église St Thomas, de l´église St Nicolas, et du Gewandhaus. Belle chambre bien équipée (notamment machine à café et bouilloire). Grand lit, très bon matelas. Excellent petit-déjeumer avec grand choix tant salé que sucré.

Cons:

La salle de bain est un peu petite et la douche (baignoire) un peu difficile d´accès pour des personnes âgées.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, Stadtbesichtigung zentral gelegen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem

Cons:

DAS Frühstück war von der Qualität und Auswahl nicht so gut wie ich es von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte. Im Schwimmbad musste man für den Kaffee und Teeautomat extra Geld bezahlen.

Gesamt gesehen war es gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super.
Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Extrem laut waren die Geräusche der drei Aufzüge. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 7. Stock, nicht mal direkt bei diesen , jedoch waren die Geräusche sehr unangenehm.
Leider konnte man das Fenster aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht öffnen.

Cons:

We arrived for check‑in at 3 PM, but our room was not ready. No bathrobes available in the room. The whirlpool was not working; I informed the receptionist, who said someone would come to check it, but nothing happened. Additionally, the water in the sink did not drain properly.

Pros:

Allgemein war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Es gab viele Angebote: Restaurant, Pool, Gym, Sportbar.

Cons:

Sehr störend war die Dusche im Zimmer, welche beim Duschen von warm, zu sehr heiss und dann sehr kalt hin und her wechselte. Wurde gemolden, konnte aber nicht behoben werden. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde nicht angeboten.
Beim Zimmer konnte man trotz geschlossenen Fenstern die Strasse noch gut hören, was auf eine schlechte Lärmisolation oder schlecht schliessende Fenster hinwies.
