Serviço de camareiras. Veio arrumar a cama às 21:45 hs. Não deixa chocolate no quarto que é o hotel que oferece. Pedi água que é fornecida gratuitamente e debitaram na minha conta R$ 20,00 cada garrafinha de água.

Cons:

Quite overpriced based on value. The room we good was supposed to be a beach view it ended up being a side beach view. Overall good hotel. Solid facilities but extremely overpriced.

Excelente estrutura, pessimo serviço desta vez

Nos somos clientes no hotel ha anos. Adoramos a localizaçao e a estrutura do hotel.

Cons:

Desta vez tivemos uma péssima impressao do hotel: funcionarios mal humorados, principalmente os garçons do ambiente da piscina. Demora no atendimento, comentários indevidos dos mesmos. Banheiro da piscina com conceito de genero unico simplesmente nojento durante o cafe da manha. Carta de vinhos nao tinha nehum vinho tinto exposto e durante a noite havia "acabado" um drink especifico que minha esposa adora.
