La posizione super centrale
La camera era minuscola. Il bagno circa 2 mq. Il letto definito matrimoniale era forse alla francese o a una piazza e mezza.
Staff was very friendly. Daily happy hour was great. Rooms were basic, but clean.
Breakfast was good, but very basic, and finding an affordable parking spot was difficult. We ended up paying 40$/day, but maybe this is the local standard?!

Location was convenient to my destination in Japantown and to BART/Caltrain. Bed was raised off the floor, so I could see if anything rolled underneath. Given the area near Union Square, it was quiet enough to sleep and work.
Room smelled when I first moved in. Fortunately, I was able to open the window to air it out. Convenient location, near good restaurants. Streets had too much fecal matter from dogowners not picking up after their pets.

Just the location give and take
Very very small bathroom, could not seat on the toilet and could not move in the shower, I’m skinny and only 5.8 and could not move around in shower. The room was very small as well.
Genuinely nothing. The hotel is close to tenderloin district which is incredibly dangerous and you can’t walk around safely at night
Staff were incredibly unhelpful. The room was dated and generally unclean - the bedsheets were blood stained. We didn’t have a working safe so had to carry all of our valuables around with us during our stay. We asked as soon as we checked in if someone could look at the safe and were reassured they would get it working and if not they’d move us. I can confirm they did not do this and the safe didn’t work the entire time. Honestly don’t waste your hard earned money here. We travel a lot and I never leave a bad review but this hotel really warrants one.
