La posizione, molto vicina al centro città

Cons:

La camera molto piccola con letto matrimoniale "strettino" per due persone, noi eravamo sul lato interno finestra affaccio muro. Colazione non molto varia. Più che altro adatto a soggiorni brevissimi

We were not happy with the Andrews.
Pros:

Not very good, no mention of a continetal breakfast as we were expecting a cooked breakfast to start our days.

Cons:

The room was too light as surrounding rooms with lights on all night and no curtains to block it out.
Out all day getting back around 4pm and room not service,even though I let the desk know.
1 service in 7 days very poor, it should be services first checkouts second.
No cups in room.
THERE SHOULD BE A MINI FRIDGE IN ROOM STAYING 7 DAYS WE WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED THAT.

Cons:

Almost all of the hotel receptionists were extremely rude. In addition, we forgot our backpack at the hotel and were already almost in Los Angeles when we noticed. When we called to ask about the backpack and how they could help us send it to Los Angeles, they simply informed us that they would do nothing and that we would have to arrange for UPS to pick it up ourselves. They would not even seal the box that we paid to have shipped.

Our experience with this hotel was terrible from beginning to end. Furthermore, the hotel does not offer parking, and they charge almost USD 60 to park your car.

Pros:

Wonderful location. Can't be better. Walking distance from almost anything

Cons:

Our room was street view, but it is a very noisy street, lot of trucks at midnight and yelling and screaming from the neighbors bars. But if you ask for the indoor rooms I'm sure it will be a different story.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé en ville. Il nous permet de nous rendre rapidement aux différents points d'intérêts.
Joli bâtiment à l'ancienne. La literie était très qualitative.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas formé ou ne semble pas l'être pour l'Horeca. Aucun sourire, aucune sympathie, ni empathie. Si vous avez un souci, mieux vaut le régler vous-même, sinon vous vous retrouverez face à un mur.
Petit-déjeuner lamentable.
L'hôtel vaut deux étoiles au mieux et le prix est bien trop élevé pour le service.
L'ascenseur ne semble pas avoir été mis en conformité depuis 2020 (vu l'affiche dedans). J'espère que je me trompe.
