The only good thing about this hotel was its location. Other than that, nothing was good.

The staff are extremely unfriendly and seem almost hostile towards guests. The air conditioning is absolutely terrible, and because of the heat, you can expect sleepless nights. Apparently, even if you want to breathe fresh air, you have to pay extra for it.

The bathroom is ridiculously small. You have to open the door, turn sideways, and make two maneuvers just to get inside.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend this hotel.

The central location.

Cons:

The temperature in the room and entire hotel was way too warm, although outside temperature was normal. Sleeping with the window wide open was not sufficient to cool the room.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Location is great, right next to Galeries Lafayette and Opera
Underground parking available nearby
Friendly staff
Beds are large and comfortable
Despite being near a busy street, quite insulated from noise

Cons:

Lifts are tiny and difficult to take up a lot of luggage
The fans are not very powerful when it gets hot
Bathrooms are miniscule - cannot actually open the shower door and get inside the shower, so had to shower halfway out of the shower
