Guest Reviews
Staff was amazing, the lady working the front desk was polite and very efficient when we called to deal with an issue. The location is great lots of restaurants indoor pool and not to far from the beach
We had a ton of ants crawling all over we had to switch rooms but the receptionist was quick about dealing with it all. The new room had an ac that smelled very moldy and didnt quite cool the room down as much as we would like. It was also very very loud (ac)
The location was good, close to heb/target and small fast food restaurants.
The bed was really firm, the room and shower were really small. There was a fee at the hotel that was reimbursed at the end minus a small amount that book.com kept.
That it was new and updated
Our key card didnt work the whole time we were there. Turns out the key fob needed to be charged. We had to get someone to let us in our room like 4 times. There was also hair in the shower from someone previously staying in the room.
El desayuno muy variado y la habitación muy amplia
El día de mi check in solo un mínimo detalle con la persona que estaba en recepción en ese momento,no hablaba nada español y no muy cordial que digamos
Clean and modern
Not enough parking
Cómodo y limpio , cercano a mi destino 👌🏼
El estacionamiento 😐 estaba demasiado lleno
The location and the cleanliness.
Breakfast was okay. Nice to have options other than pork .
Clean and coffee all day. Breakfast
Room door slams shut fast and makes a ton of noise. Other rooms as well.
Very spacious room
No microwave in room.
