Mình đi vào đúng hôm trời mưa, tiếc là thời tiết không thuận lợi để khá phá nhiều nơi nhưng chỗ ở rất thoải mái, phòng sạch, nhìn ra khoảng sân biệt thự xanh mướt với nhiều cây cảnh rất thư giãn, có đầy đủ nextflix, ấm siêu tốc.... Bé nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình
Kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu, vị trí trong ngõ yên tĩnh không bị ảnh hưởng bởi tiếng còi xe . Phòng đủ rộng và đầy đủ tiện nghi, đầy đủ mọi thứ tụi mình hay 1 gia đình có con nhỏ cần từ ấm siêu tốc, bếp chung, phòng ăn, lò vi sóng, máy giặt sấy....Đặc biệt mọi nhân viên đều rất vui vẻ, nhiệt tình.
chuyến công tác ngắn nhưng rất hài lòng, chỉ mất 5 phút từ khách sạn để sang cuộc họp bên Intercontinetal, phòng yên tĩnh, cửa sổ nhìn ra sân vườn rất hút mắt, có thể đỗ oto ngay mặt hồ không mất phí. Dịch vụ tốt
I really loved this hotel.
The location by the lake is excellent with it being within walking distance of the old quarter and it also has local shops nearby. As it's next to the Sheraton and intercontinental there are some quality spas nearby also.
The hotel has a lot of character and has that solid well built feel that no longer exists with new hotels. I loved the feel and authenticity of this hotel and it could easily be caste in a novel.
I had a room at the top of the hotel and as there are no lifts the walk upstairs is good exercise which I loved. There is a great view from the upper rooms.
Good air con, clean, comfy bed. Great shower and lots of hot water.
My room had a kitchenette which I used for coffee in the morning. There was a large fridge freezer which I used for keeping drinks cold.
The hotel feels secure.
The hotel is very quiet, no street noise and I got an excellent sleep.

I used Grab food one evening and there was no problem with this or grab finding the hotel.

We stayed here for a long period, and it started to feel like home. The hotel was easy to find, and communication was quick and friendly. The room is basic, but it has everything you need and is spacious. The airconditior and ceiling fan was a tonic after a long day in the heat. The caretaker is so sweet, caring, and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful neighbourhood away from the tourist noise but quickly accessible. There are lovely spots around within walking distance for delicious coffee, drinks, and views. We felt safe walking anywhere during any time of the day.
All we needed were a rack in the shower for our toiletries.

The staff
No elevator
If I could rate the staff any higher I absolutely would, the most friendly and welcoming staff who helped with our washing and gave us umbrellas when it rained. There is a washing machine and dryer you are able to use free of charge or pay a very small fee (can’t remember exact amounts) for them to do it for you. Room was amazing and rooftop was a very nice area as well.
Far away from lots of the activities and famous Hanoi attractions, which can be great as it doesn’t get too loud at night but be aware that if you want to see lots of stuff you may have to get a taxi or grab.
