Lovely historic building with communal areas and facilities, free parking, cozy sheets and great shower.
Not enough crockery and baking trays.
Whilst we appreciate it is beyond your control the state and smell of the fridge with everyone’s food left uncovered.
Free parking super useful. Venue provided a customised invoice which was appreciated.
A kettle in the room would have been appreciated. Not sure about the premises. Wasn’t made clear that it was on the same premises as student/sheltered/temporary accommodation.
Very nice and quiet property. Our room was on the first floor with a nice view to the main garden. Very comfortable bed. Very good value for money.
It smelled a bit of cigarettes smoke in our room, even though it is forbidden to smoke inside. Also, I know it says in the description that no toiletries are provided, but it would be nice to have the bare minimum like hand soap and shower gel.
The place was very clean and comfortable
We could not regulate the temperature on the shower but we could use the share bathroom.

The shower size and hot water. Comfy bed. Tv position.
The hall light sensor was on too short a timer for me to read the tiny numbers on the keylock. Had to keep jumping around to get light to stay on to find all the numbers, frustrating!

Felt like it was like prison and shower was too warm couldn’t turn to cold water.
Very clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Spacious and well equipped. The tv had good channels such as Netflix. We appreciated the free parking.
We couldn't make the shower change temperature so it was too hot. (This may be our fault!) 10am check out was a little early, would have preferred 11am.

It's an amazing building, tastefully set up with no unnecessary bits, great use of the building,,
Kettle in the room for coffee and a small table and chair would work, but not end of the world
No staff seen.
Lots of noisey workers getting out and about at 0500 hrs.
