Tråkigt att vi fick ett så dåligt rum då vi förut varit där och allt var mycket fräschare.
Pros:

Disk och tvättmaskin

Cons:

Rummet bredvid höll på att saneras. Vi hade rum bredvid och tyckte det var dålig luft i rummet då vi nös och blev sjuka. Inte okej att inte förvarna innan att det pågår arbete i rummet bredvid och kan komma att påverka rummen i närheten. Rummet var mycket dåligt städat.

Brukar vara mycket nöjd här, men blev tyvärr en negativ upplevelse denna gång.
Pros:

Det är smidigt att bo här och trevlig rum. Nära till centrum.

Cons:

Vi betalde för fyra personer. 1 vuxen och 3 barn. Rummet var endast förberett för 2 personer. Eftersom vi anlände och checkade in sent och inte tänkte på att bädda direkt blev det en chock när det var dags att sova och receptionen var stängd. 2 av oss fick sova utan kudde och täckte för det fanns inga sängkläder. Det blev ingen rolig natt att försöka sova! Och nej, det fanns inte något i garderoben som det stod. Rummet kändes dessutom sunkigt denna gång, luktade illa så fick börja med att vädra. När man anländer sent ensam med barn hade jag uppskattat att allt var bäddat och klart, förutom att saker saknades var det svårt att få upp bäddsoffan. Fick hämta hjälp av tre vuxna som hjälptes åt att få upp den till slut. Har bott här förut så vet hur sängen fälls upp/ner normalt.
Det saknades även handdukar för 2 personer. Eftersom man betalar extra för att bo 4st istället för 2 personer i detta rum, hade man ju kunnat tänka sig någon typ av kompensation när det endast går att bo 2 pers där.

The location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The room was not clean around the bed, we found nail pieces and crumbs around it. Asked for other room ( they said they were fully booked) so asked for extra cleaning, but they never came

Väldigt fräscht, moderna rum och nära till allt i stan. Super trevlig personal

Cons:

Osthyveln bör uppdateras/köpas ny modell, den gick inte att hyvla med. Små petitesser men störigt på morgonen
