Staff was fantastic!
$100 pet fee
A very modern and clean hotel with a good staff
The hotel rates fluctuate drastically from a Tuesday stay to a Wednesday. You may have to get two separate 1 night stays to get the better rates. Compare prices on various sites and search on different days with your VPN activated. Pay close attention to any events occurring at the Allegiant stadium or major las vegas events , which can also affect your room rate, flight rates, and it evidently effect traffic.
Staff was very polite and friendly

Das Hotelpersonal ist wirklich sehr sehr nett! Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht vom Bett aus. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Das typisch amerikanische Frühstück war okay.
Clean, and located right out of the Downtown mess, and the casino right beside us.
No complains
Very very nice and clean. Hotel staff was great!
The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly / room was very nice - we loved it / pool & spa were clean and pleasant / noon checkout time is great (even though we did have to leave much earlier)
Nothing to complain about whatsoever!
スタッフがフレンドリーでした。静かな環境。
お湯を沸かすポット、洗面所のコップ等普通はありそうなものが部屋になかった。
The coffee. That's it.
The scramble eggs, tasted like cardboard.
The bacon way too thin.
The waffles not crispy at all.
Todo en general muy bien. El personal muy amable, todo limpio, la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno muy bien, y la ubicación excelente para lo que necesitábamos.
No hubo nada.
What a great alternative to the craziness of the strip. Although the price was a bit more than the weekday teaser rates from the casinos, the quality here is the escape. The check in was pleasant and the room was neat and tidy with modern furniture and surfaces.
The common areas of the hotel are nice and inviting.
This is a great place to stop on a trip and the parking is still available and free.
The Hyatt Place at Silverton Lodge is out preferred hotel when travelling through Las Vegas. Convenient, clean, and warmly staffed, it's a modern lodging with great amenities. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are crisp and clean, and it's so easy to check in and out of. We especially like their complimentary breakfast -- as far as hotel breakfasts go, this one is very good. Simple but fresh with plenty of options, we can fuel up our bellies before getting back on the road. When we come through Las Vegas, we won't stay anywhere else.
I am writing to share a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village on April 3, 2026 (check-in around 4:00 PM).
As a returning guest and loyal Hyatt member, I had previously stayed at this property a few months ago and was offered a reasonably priced upgrade to a corner king suite for $10, which I appreciated. Based on that positive experience, during this check-in I simply asked whether a similar upgrade option was available and what the cost would be if I chose to take it.
The front desk associate initially informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available.
After completing check-in and going up to my room, I checked the Hyatt app and found that rooms were still available for my stay dates. While my originally booked two-queen room type was now sold out (so I could not verify its rate), standard king rooms were still available for approximately $163 per night, and the preferred corner king suite I had inquired about was also available at around $182 per night.
I returned to the front desk to clarify. At that point, the explanation became inconsistent. I was told the associate needed to check with a manager, and after doing so, she came back with a $55 upgrade fee. This did not align with the actual rate differences shown in the app (less than $20 between available room types), and it felt less like a genuine attempt to assist and more like a way to discourage the request.
We then spoke with another staff member, who appeared surprised by the $55 upgrade fee given the situation. Shortly after, another team member who identified himself as “Brian” approached us. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he stated that because we booked using points, our reservation held less value, and emphasized that it was a busy weekend and they were not concerned about selling rooms. He then asked whether we still wanted to stay at the hotel.
This interaction was particularly disappointing. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional—especially toward a loyal guest. At no point did we feel valued. Instead, we felt pushed away and treated as if our presence was inconvenient.
This is not the standard I expect from Hyatt. The lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and dismissive attitude—particularly at the very start of our stay—completely undermined the beginning of our trip.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously. This situation is not about the upgrade itself, but about professionalism, honesty, and how guests are treated. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations and left a lasting negative impression.
