Our 5 day stay was pleasant from start to finish.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. I however have autoimmune diseases which come with dietary restrictions. Mariela was kind enough to bring out some extra fruit, yogurt, and even ordered some gluten free bread. That was above and beyond. The staff was among the kindest and most professional ever. I travel a lot and this group of staff helped make our stay very comfortable.

Inspiring moments!
Pros:

The staff is all so friendly and kind and kind here, but I’m so honored to write this review for Mariella Herrera she is so thoughtful the kitchen was almost closed and she went above and beyond for my granddaughters making them scrambled eggs and helping us all to our table when she saw I was having trouble carrying the kids stuff and the baby. I’m so grateful for people like her. I hope she gets to read this and know that she is appreciated! You are an inspiration!

Pros:

First time visitor. Brand new hotel. Excellent. Great Taco Tuesday as well.

Cons:

We had a pet (cat). So we forfeited our originally booked King Studio for a 2-queen size bedroom. It still served us well. So all good.

We will definitely stay there again. It was a very good choice.
Pros:

You have a great gym and a lot of options for food with in walking distance. Breakfast was good. A little disappointed omelettes were not available on the weekends but you had a variety of options.

Cons:

An ice machine on our floor. Only available on the 2nd and 4th floor.

Pros:

Nice, clean, newer hotel with spacious room and always love a free breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was so incredibly loud. My husband and I had a horrible nights sleep because it was too stuffy without it on and too disrupting when it switched on/off.
