Fooled me
Pros:

Don’t be fooled by the low price per night. You have to pay for everything including parking and breakfast which is $25 pp. Go to literally any other Hilton hotel

Pros:

We were happy with our hotel choice. The location was excellent, although getting around the area still requires a car. Both downtown and SouthPark Mall were less than 15 minutes away.
The rooms were comfortable and convenient, though not exceptional. Water pressure on the 6th floor was weak, and the TV selection lacked HBO or other premium channels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return when visiting the area again.

I want to give a special thank you to the wonderful lobby staff CAILA and DALE. They went above and beyond to help me set up something special for Mother’s Day for my wife, and their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.

They were thoughtful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making the experience memorable for us. It’s rare to come across hospitality like that these days, and I really appreciate the extra effort they put in. Thank you both for helping make Mother’s Day so special!

Very clean hotel with excellent service
Pros:

I was skeptical to stay here, but was pleasantly surprised. Jake (at the front desk), greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. He joked around while checking me in and made my day better. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are updated. All of the staff are kind and the restaurant food was very delicious and reasonably priced. I appreciate Jake for making this day pretty awesome.

It was close to where i needed to be

Cons:

One of the housekeepers was rude the room i booked was not the room i received due to the man at checkout telling me there wasn’t one cleaned at the time check in started at 3/4 i arrived at 630 there is no reason i shouldn’t have been accommodated

Extremely long wait for Airport Shuttle
Pros:

We were told to wait by Airport Shuttle Zone 1 by the hotel operator.
An hour later, same operator stated the shuttle was fueling up and will arrive in another 10 minutes.
Almost another hour and the shuttle finally arrived.

Avoid booking if Shuttle Transportation is a deciding factor.
