je ne reserverai plus jamais à cet hotel......

loby petit et ennuyeux,, déjeuner buffrt froid et non savoureux, chambre pas faite le lendemain, pas de femme de ménage
accueil sans service pour les valises, corridor pour se rendre à la chambre de type labyrinthe

Cons:

Stationnement sale (poussiéreux), mauvais qualité/prix. Le surclassement est bien trop cher, en effet, j'ai payé bien trop cher pour une nuit à 365$ pour des équipements moyens. Salle de bain désuet, matelas un peu dur, rideau déficient qui laisse passé directement le soleil levant. Une canette d'eau à presque 5$ ? du vol.

Nice hotel, good location.
Pros:

Located in a stretch of Quebec City that is close to lots of restaurants, hotels and government offices.

Big and bright rooms, great bed and shower. The common area's are full of sunshine and there is lots of public seating araeas.

Taxi and U are easy to call.

Good staff, but the highlight for me was the restaurant on the 3rd floor. Exceptional food, good prices and fast service.

The room was worn and outdated. Wrinkled carpeting with near trip hazard. No USB, old style computer hookups from the 90s.

Cons:

La difficulté pour rejoindre les chambres. On dirait un labyrinthe
Aucune chambre disponible dans les étages supérieurs alors que l’hôtel semblait complètement vide (une table croisée au petit déjeuner)
La chambre froide (chauffage ayant tourné toute la nuit car chambre non isolée)
Une piscine qui ferait mieux de rester fermer pour l’hiver. Accessible via un micro sas accédant direct à un bassin de 2m de profond et large de 1m. Obligé de passer par la piscine pour se rendre au sauna donc pas possible de prendre une serviette dans le sauna (pas très hygiénique)
Aucune douche et un couloir d’accès très sale.
