La piscine extérieure à été vraiment apprécié avec le petit coin extérieur pour relaxer pendant que les enfants se baignent

Cons:

J'aurais aimé qu'on vienne changer mes serviettes, vider mes poubelles et remettre du café pendant mon séjour
Personne n'est venu faire un minimun de ménage dans notre chambre

A disappointing experience, would not recommend

Walking distance to restaurants, outdoor pool

Cons:

The signature scent pumped through the property is incredibly overpowering and comes across as a harsh artificial fragrance attempting to mask underlying odors, including traces of smoke. We all left with headaches from the continuous strong smell. The room itself felt very dated and featured visibly dirty carpets. Additionally, while the hotel is marketed as pet-friendly, it lacks any designated grassy areas for dogs, making it highly inconvenient for travelers with pets.

Pros:

The location of hotel was very good.

Cons:

The room was not clean and it smelled. The bathroom door was hard to open. The toilets and bath were ok. The bedsheets were old and I felt itchy sleeping. The breakfast didn't cover the child it was as if my child would have emptied their pantry.

Large rooms, good location.

Cons:

Renovations were ongoing, so there was limited lift access and some construction noise at 8:30am. The mattress side in one of 3 rooms was quite marked, showing through the cover.
