Perhaps a good hotel 20-30 years ago.
Pros:

The location is convenient for meetings and conventions

Cons:

The building was probably quite nice when it was built 50 years ago. It is rather poorly designed and a confusing layout. The gym equipment was poorly maintained and quite old.
The service was quite poor, and not service minded.
The last significant failing - the breakfast restaurant. Buffet breakfast, on 2 of 3 days we’re told they were full, and there was a waiting list. There were clearly half of the tables unused, with only one person working the floor. It was pretty shocking, fortunately there is a lively cafe in the basement of the building next door that had service and was half the price.

Pros:

Très bien c’est un brunch,
Nourriture très bonne bien apprêtée, chaud👍
mais il fallait attendre que les tables se libèrent, manque de personnel puisque
Plusieurs tables restaient vides 🥴
Section fermée.🤷‍♀️

Cons:

La salle al manger, au déjeuner plus de personnel, peut-être, mais je comprend, c’est partout pareil😕

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit………heureusement
Pros:

Situation en avec les activités faites et projetees

Cons:

La chambre vraiment besoin d’être rénovée pour le prix de location demandé
Le tapis doit être remplacé et la deco repensée
La chambre de bain….les miroirs doivent être remplacés à tout le moins
La porte de la chambre coincée
Juste un fauteuil pour 2 lits doubles ….4 personnes
Le café pour 2 personnes et même chose pour les accompagnements

Great hotel but lacking towels!
Cons:

Everyday I had to ask for towels - 4 ppl in the room but only 2 towels given each and every single day! One evening was the worst as we all were going to shower and had to wait an hour for the additional towels after calling multiple times.

Pros:

Most comfortable bed ever! Upgrade on room after long wait for room to be ready.

Cons:

Slow check in process and room wasn’t ready despite you sending me a confirmation that it would be. No whiskey available in bar.
