L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Quebec, sortir, manger au restaurant, sortir de la ville en voiture.
Le personnel et la direction sont gentils mais ils font ce qu'ils peuvent dans un hôtel vieillissant.
Le séjour a été très compliqué car l'Hôtel ne correspond pas aux standards de cette chaine hôtelière : les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées, il faut demander plusieurs fois avant que quelqu'un ne passe nettoyer et vider les poubelles. Toujours sur la propreté, la salle de sport n'a pas été nettoyé depuis des semaines au regard de la poussière omniprésente et l'état du matériel. La piscine et le sauna ne sont pas très propres n'ont plus et la piscine est froide (car le plus souvent à l'ombre et pas chauffée). Les portes des ascenseurs se bloquent et donc on ne peut accéder aux étages ou descendre : la maintenance est intervenue deux fois pendant mon séjour de 4 jours et les portes s'ouvrent avant d'être arrivées à l'étage.....Enfin, la climatisation est a bout de souffle...elle est encastrée dans les murs et donc si vous la mettez en route ou si une chambre voisine la met en marche, vous aurez l'impression d'être à bord d'un avion du début du siècle tellement cela fait du bruit....sans compter la soufflerie du Palais des congrès juste à côté.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits queen, ils nous ont donné une chambre avec 2 lits double. Service au bar très ordinaire.

the staff were really nice an accommodating
the facilities are poor. the old and dated air con in the room makes so much noise! the windows don't open so on a hot day / night the room gets stuffy and overheats if the air con is not on. so at night you really can't sleep if you have the aircon on.
The breakfast buffet serves already peeled boiled eggs which i find gross...
The elevators are a nightmare, with the doors closing so fast and having to change elevators on floors 3 and 12
5 min walk to old town. Clean.
I could clearly hear room next door. Rooms had an adjoining door that was locked but is likely why I heard them so clearly. It was uncomfortable as we felt we had to be extra quiet in morning and night as to not wake them.
