Everything was great except for the breakfast!
Pros:

Everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 to 9. We went down 7:30
The food was cold, the eggs and potatoes everything so therefore didn't taste very good.

Pros:

The layout of the room was great for traveling with kids. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the warm breakfast was good. The location is convenient, plenty of shopping and dining in the area.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Memphis Wolfchase started on a positive note, as the front desk staff was welcoming when we arrived. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly from there.

The elevators had a very noticeable smell of fresh, recent smoke, including both cigar and marijuana odors. It did not come across as a lingering old smell, but rather as though smoking in or around the hotel’s common areas was a regular occurrence. Throughout the public areas, there were also numerous unexplained stains on furniture and along the floors, which made the property feel poorly maintained.

Once we reached our room, the condition did not improve. There were additional stains on the flooring, and the top exterior surface of the refrigerator was covered in a grainy layer of grime that made it appear as though it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. In the bathroom, one of the ceiling fixtures was visibly coming loose and appeared to be falling out.

With the experience of cleanliness and upkeep in question, we decided to forego the included breakfast, out of caution.

Nice surprise for the price.
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was at the hotel.

Cons:

The wall mounted fluorescent light fixture above the mirror in our room randomly flickered off when we turned on the light. It wasn’t a big deal as we liked the room.

I will not stay here again
Pros:

Property was super close to Wolfchase galleria and a few restaurants

Cons:

I hated their uncleanliness. I hated the breakfast. I hated the lack of communication and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. Did not say anything to me except the price of what they needed from me.
