Pros:

Posizione centrale e vicino alle principali attrazioni e ristoranti; possibilità di utilizzare il bagno anche post checkout

Cons:

Stanza piccola e poco pulita; la finestra si affaccia su un cavedio e non entra praticamente luce. Abbiamo scelto un hotel proprio per avere maggiori garanzie ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente scarso.

Pros:

Right in the Old Quarter about 200 metres from Beer Street (horrific place but good if you want a night out!) Despite this, very safe and no noise. If you're not fussed about ridiculously loud bars, might be worth staying a bit further west in the Old Quarter for sightseeing. Still very central though.

Niet aan te bevelen hotel vanwege personeel.
Pros:

De kamer, Matilda VIP Balkon, was ruim en comfortabel. Goede douche en elke dag goed schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Het personeel is absoluut niet gefocust op de gasten. Vaak druk met hun mobile. Nooit vragen of je goed geslapen hebt. Nooit een prettige dag wensen. Ook bij uitchecken geen vraag over hoe het verblijf bevallen is. Geen enkele aandacht.
Het ontbijt is beperkt. Weinig keus en gedurende ons verblijf van 5 dagen geen variatie.

Amazing, great quality for money. Great staff, lovely clean hotel.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating with our late check in. The room was lovely and clean and the bed super comfy. Perfect location. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect location and nice staff
Pros:

Very central and close to all amenities. Staff were lovely and very helpful, we booked for 3 consecutive nights but needed to go earlier…they changed the last night for the following week, when we had to come back to Hanoi.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room was a bit small, not a lot of space if you travel with a big suitcase

Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne duże łóżko ale sam hotel przygnębiający

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji jeśli ktoś chce być w samym centrum Hanoi. Pełno knajpek, sklepików, blisko do jeziorka. Oczywiście wiąże się to z hałasem, planów od ulicy nie są bardzo szczelne i słychać hałas

Cons:

Hotel ma potencjał ale nie dba się o niego. W łazience odpada tynk, ściany w smugach zalane od klimatyzacji. Zapach w hotelu duszący, czuć środkiem na mole ja za dawnych lat.. Śniadanie słabe, ale to już kwestia gustu.
