Cons:

The room was extremely small and the staff impolite and mechanical. The sink was located near the bed and you can't open more than once suitcase in the room as the area was so small. Breakfast was below average and it felt like a 2 star hotel

Cons:

Room with no windows, felt very claustrophobic and no fresh air. Plus we were upstairs from the restaurant, so very noisy in the morning.

Comfy beds
Pros:

They are very professional and ocomidating. We stayed an extra day in Sapa and they were able to adjust our stay. Thier communication is very good and thier English was spot on. It's got very good food choices and coffee places around the area
