Not perfect but excellent place for short trip
Pros:

Convenient location: less than 5 minutes walk to Kushida Shrine station and less than 10 minutes to Hakata station.
Lot of nice dining places around the hotel: Bread, Espresso & Hokata && is at the G/F. Fuk Coffee and The Full Full Hakata are nearby.
Room is spacious and have a large table for working.
Staff are friendly and helpful

Cons:

Washing machines with dryer at the lobby floor are not enough. Have to wait long in peak hours.

Pros:

博多駅近くでは非常に気に入っている宿です。やはり大浴場がついているのが非常に良いです。また、全体的に部屋の作りなども気に入っています。仕事のスペースとしては他のホテルに軍配が上がるかもしれませんが、また利用したいホテルです。

Cons:

大浴場のお風呂の温度が前よりもさらにぬるくなってしまった気がします。外国人の方が多いので、外国人の方用の温度という事でしょうか？残念です。

I would definitely like to come back again next time.
Pros:

he hotel has an excellent location with convenient transportation. It’s close to Hakata Station, and the Chiyoda‑Jinja Subway Station is also nearby. Canal City Hakata is right across the street. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly with great service.
