They offered a refund after discovering aircon cost extra. 🤨

Cons:

Booking.com site says room with air-conditioning however hotel wanted extra money for air-conditioning. 🙄

Prima basic hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker!

Cons:

Het hotel grenst met de achterkant direct aan de drukke hoofdweg. Het verkeer dendert echt langs, dus oordoppen zijn wel nodig voor een goede nachtrust

En el corazón de la selva guatemalteca
Pros:

La atención de la dueña fue excelente. Nos cocino el desayuno todas las mañanas.

Cons:

Solo se puede pagar en quetzales en efectivo. No aceptaban dolares ni tarjeta.
Recomiendo ir a Lanquin con mucho efectivo. Tuve que destinar casi todo en el pago y luego no podía comer en el pueblo ya que solo aceptaban efectivo también.

Pros:

Приємний двір, зручна кімната, чисто. Гарне інтернет зʼєднання. Пропонують чудовий тур до Semuc Champey. Персонал дуже привітний, виручили мене коли пішов дощ, допомогли добратися до автобуса. По приїзду забирають з автобусної зупинки.

Cons:

Кондиціонер за окрему плату.

It made me feel like I was at home
Pros:

I cannot rate this property highly enough. Firstly - it has AC. And you will need it!! Secondly, the owners are lovely. Finally, the room was spotless and the bed linen smelt so fresh it reminded me of home so cannot thank the owners enough for my stay!! Breakfast is well worth the money also.
