You get for what you pay.
Pros:

Only place that I did not have to sell a lung for.

Cons:

Small rooms. Thin floors. Lots of noise from above. Who puts 3 stairs in the middle of the first floor hallway? Auto doors would have been nice. Place is just tired. Oh, get NESN!

Very disappointed with the management

The view of the lake was good

Cons:

The staff not taking an issue seriously . Carpet was soaked from unplugged refrigerator didn’t notice till I took off my shoes that night. I talked to the front desk employees multiple times about it and they said everything was fine. The hotel was booked so the couldn’t move me to another room at 9:00 at night.

Very Nice Lake View
Pros:

They’ve done a lot to improve the quality, adding modern furnishings. Nice that they have a bar with restaurant and live music! Breakfast was ample, tasty, and well prepared eggs and potatoes, pancakes, sausage. Better than many hotels.

Cons:

Parking lot is a bit seedy and filled with large puddles of water that never dry up!
