Additional charge for arrival after 21:00; even then they would only accept arrival before midnight. This was not disclosed until after I made the booking and would have deterred me if I had known. IMO it is unacceptable for a proper hotel to require prior notice as to when I will arrive which is inevitably dependent on transport, in this case the random airport immigration lines.
Horrible view of ventilation shaft.

Almost no water pressure when taking a shower.

O box do chuveiro era extremamente pequeno, iluminação do quarto fraca e não apresentava muita segurança - no entanto, não tivemos nenhum problema com relação a isso.

Propreté de l'hôtel et de la chambre a revoir (très poussiéreux par endroits).
Décoration et équipements qui auraient besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement (papier peint qui se décolle, moquette tâché, douche qui fuit).

Huone oli hyvin epäsiisti, kosteusvaurioita, siivoamaton ainakin osittain. Haisi tupakalle. Lähtöpäivän aamuna suihkusta löytyi hyönteinen, kuvien perusteella sopii torakaksi.

Although I booked a Deluxe room, we were initially given an extremely neglected room. Moldy walls and shower tray, not only was it difficult to wash ourselves in the 60 x 60 cm shower cubicle without banging ourselves against the walls of the cubicle, but we only managed to get in through the 34 cm wide gap, with every part of our body rubbing and pushing against the doors. We spent three nights in Florence, after the first one I indicated that I had a problem with the room, at which point we were given another one, which was closer to the Deluxe. The shower mixer tap in neither room is marked which is hot and which is cold, when opened, cold water flowed in both directions.

Die Zimmer waren zwar oberflächlich sauber (frischer Bettbezug, saubere Toilette etc.), aber ansonsten wirkte es ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Tapete kam teilweise von den Wänden. Im Flur war der Teppich dreckig. Parken ist auch schwierig. Es gibt einen Deal mit der Michelangelo Parkgarage für happige 26€ am Tag und man muss dann noch ca. 10 Minuten mit dem gesamten Gepäck durch die Innenstadt laufen.

Dirty, dusty, very old and smelly place. The door handles, all surfaces in common areas are covered with finger prints. Wallpaper in the room tearing apart. Toilet seat yellow underneath, shower mouldy and very small. We stayed for three nights and it was agony. The room was not serviced and we had to ask for more toiletries and fresh towels. Not enough sockets. No value for the money they charged us.

Room is smaller than what it looks like on photo. Hard for 2 people to be in the bathroom at the same time. Wallpaper is peeling off some places so the style they were going for is lost a little. Bed can be hard
