Nos toco una habitación al lado de las escaleras, mucha bulla, no hubo un descanso muy reparador.
This was my second time staying at Hotel Germania. The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly its very friendly staff. Besides that, the location is good, about 10-15 walk from the city center. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable. I had a nice view of the volcanoes from my room this time. There was some noise from the street early in the morning, but nothing too bad. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of options. It's served in a very nice area on the ground floor. When you show up for breakfast, a nice lady will ask you whether you'd like some eggs. If you say yes, she will bring a couple of scrambled eggs for you. Overall, a very nice stay. I'll definitely be staying at Hotel Germania again next time I'm in Puerto Varas.
Some minor details coud be better, but nothing really worth mentioning here.

La ubicación me gustó mucho, nos quedaba cerca del centro, la habitación era muy cómoda, calentita y todo súper limpio, muy acogedora☺️
Lo único “malo” sería que pasa de vez en cuando el tren y tiende a tocar la bocina

Desayuno variado y muy buena atención. La limpieza del hotel y las habitaciones es extraordinaria...las camas con sabanas impecables, lo mismo el baño y toallas. Está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo ( al lado de la linea del tren ...pero no molesta el paso de este) a cuadras del centro y todas las atracciones de la costanera.
No me molestó ...pero el tren pasa por el costado del hotel... entonces si alguien está buscando solo descansar puede incomodarle.
No tiene servicio de restaurant o cafeteria fuera del desayuno.
