Boa localização, mas custo-benefício apenas mediano.
Pros:

Excelente localização, próxima ao centro e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de Puerto Varas. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a estadia. O hotel estava sempre limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem, com produtos de boa qualidade e suficientes para começar o dia.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno para acomodar confortavelmente quatro pessoas, sendo mais indicado para casais ou famílias menores. Outro ponto negativo é o barulho dos trens, já que o hotel fica ao lado da linha férrea, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. Além disso, considerando o valor da diária, achei o custo-benefício apenas mediano, pois existem opções que oferecem mais conforto na mesma faixa de preço.

El personal lo mejor!! Todos muy amables , desde recepción hasta las chicas del aseo! Nuestra estadía fue muy grata desde el día que llegamos ! Las instalaciones muy lindas , camas muy cómodas , las habitaciones muy calentitas , ideal para la estación en que vinimos , el desayuno tenía todo lo necesario, no es muy variado , pero todo estaba muy rico! El huevo lo preparaban en el momento y eso definitivamente se agradece y se preocupaban de ir reponiendo todo ! Lo recomido buena relación precio calidad
