Pros:

Large room, pool looked nice wish I had time to enjoy it

Cons:

Tiny bathroom, exceptionally hot lobby, Waymo couldn’t get into the driveway because of the larger bumps in its path

Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel and they work hard to keep it up and people comfortable!

Cons:

The door closest to parking lot was locked! I stayed Thursday night and came back for Sunday night and the door was locked All day Sunday and Thursday night was locked. It just could have been nicer if I didn't have to walk around.

Pros:

I liked how clean the place was and that they accepted my cancellation.

Cons:

The staff refused my cancellation and told me they would never accept my request. But thanks to Booking, they were able to handle it. The rep acted like I was not worth being there and could not accommodate me cause i ordered online for sept 2 and it was 3am. I don't know if it was my skin tone or how i was dressed but i will never stay at this location again.

Felt safe and a nice property
Pros:

split a burrito with my daughter. It was good.

Cons:

The staff should tell people with little ones or elder family members that they should drop their luggage at the front entrance before parking the car. The parking is across the street, and the temperature was 111 degrees. Not too pleasant to have to haul our luggage + in that heat.

De paso por Phoenix para visitar el Gran Cañón
Pros:

Las instalaciones de hotel son muy agradables y la alberca se disfruta mucho por las noches, con el agua tibia y una buena iluminación. El estacionamiento está a unos pasos del hotel y es gratuito. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Hay pocas opciones de desayuno y cuando llegamos el restaurante no daba servicio para la cena, aunque en días posteriores sí abrió. El jacuzzi exterior (junto a la alberca) no estaba en servicio.
También tuvimos problemas con el check-in, pues al pagar con una tarjeta diferente a la que se había usado para la reserva ahora tenemos un doble cargo que necesitamos resolver con el banco.

The location was very convenient to the conference I attended!

Cons:

The room was noisy (had adjoining room door), and that same neighbor was using a marijuana product that stunk up the hall way.
