Great view
The location was very convenient to the conference I attended!
The room was noisy (had adjoining room door), and that same neighbor was using a marijuana product that stunk up the hall way.

Paid for Breakfast and coffee in comparation other hotel chains like Holidays-Inn or Wyndham is out of the question
The staff was kind and helpful, but the AC broke in the middle of the night and they couldn’t guarantee when it would be fixed…so, we left and cancelled our reservation.
In addition to the AC breaking and the room being over 80 degrees in our room, there was a dirty sock on the floor in our room when we checked in.
Not a great experience.

Everything here is perfect. It’s a hop, skip & jump away from Sky Harbor. The cleanliness, comfort, transportation and the parking to the airport is the reason why we will come back over and over again.

The only complaints would be that the AC took a bit long to cool down the room, which is understandable when it was 103 degrees out, and the bed had a depression in it that was quite noticeable when sitting down in it, but hardly noticeable when sleeping... the intended purpose of a bed is exactly that so no harm there.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The restaurant's food was top-tier and reasonably priced.
My final bill had a charge for $15 for "Restaurant All Day." I have no idea what that charge was for, as we paid for our food at the restaurant when we ordered. I called to inquire and I'm expecting a follow-up call soon.
