Cons:

Room were clean and comfortable with a view of the river, great location

Cons:

Registering at reception was frustrating took 2 staff to register myself and a colleague. I was the main guest using my card to pay for both rooms my colleague had no identification, and it just went on from there. She had credit cards business cards Medicare card, just no photo identification. As the main card holder at Meriton that is enough security, we were also attending a conference at Crown.

Easy to get too by train - if you don’t know the city it would have been hard to find the parking with works going on k

I had paid booking .com for my accommodation but the plaza had charged me again on the day as booking.com hadn’t notified the plaza I had already paid so that was disappointing

Cons:

I did not receive any discount for staying at the hotel. The fee felt overpriced, and my car was left parked outside exposed to the elements. When I collected it the next morning, it was covered in bird droppings.
