The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, the value was great, location and cleanliness. The beds were comfy, the shower was perfect, our river view room was spectacular!
Nothing I can think of
Staff were great, location was great, enjoyed out stay. Easy to walk to venues, tram stop close by
nothing really, will be great once the roadworks have finsihed but they did not impact us really.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Crowne Plaza Melbourne. The location was perfect, with easy access to Southbank, Crown Casino, public transport, and plenty of restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lovely river views. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and overall the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
The only minor downside was that some attractions were a bit of a walk from the hotel, and the room temperature took a little while to adjust. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay here again.
