Pros:

The room view was good.

Cons:

We were celebrating our 10th anniversary which was a special night for us and I had mentioned in my booking and following messages. There was no mention from the team and no sign of acknkowledgement and nothing to offer to make it a memorable stay for us. This was very disappointing.

Perfect location, the best bed ever!
Pros:

Location was perfect, the bed was amazing, very comfy, bathroom was very clean and modern. Wish we'd stayed for breakfast but we had an early start!

Cons:

Little bit hard to find due to the road and building works, but through no fault of the hotel.

Close walking proximity to a lot of things

Parking was so far away and needs to be signed better as the parking they used as we parked in the wrong public parking and cost us more other than good

Great stay at a very comfortable hotel
Pros:

Staff were very nice, nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were excellent room was nice and very comfortable.

Cons:

Only because I have to write something here. These were very minor, the scrambled eggs at the buffet breakfast were not great. Valet parking is overly expensive.
