Close to the Melbourne convention centre, good location, accessible, comfortable and good amenities.

Cons:

Due to the slope of the floor in my bathroom, water didn’t travel to the drain, but instead pooled under the sink/wall, which is a slip hazard and a concussion waiting to happen.

Amazing customer service in the middle of the city
Pros:

Loved the service we received from a lovely Hostess named Dom. Dom checked in a few times over our stay to make our stay wonderful.

Cons:

The feather pillow and foam pillow. I wonder if there was another alternative. The feather pillow lost its height and went flat and the foam pillow was too hard. Minor issues if you ask me.
