Was reasonable and comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was good. There was a huge spread of food. It was generally clean upon arrival. Our children were giving were given some colouring sheets with colour pencils. The view from our room was excellent.

Cons:

The location on maps looks great. It is physically close to the Yarra River and tram stops, however they were not easily accessible due to the construction at the moment. People with wheelchair and parents with prams are disadvantage as the way to get to the tram stops or the riverwalk is through steps. There was no underground car park which made it difficult for families with toddlers that had to walk on main road around the corner to get into a car park from a main entrance. We also had to take a lift to get to the water station to refill our water bottles. We were given towels when we asked for spare linen. Their main restaurant was not open for lunch and there was a little cafe in building that costed arms and legs for a slither of burramundi .
