Excellent hotel, the only downside being the breakfast. $24 dollars during the week but ‘only’ $14 on a Sunday if you book before the day, which I did. It really isn’t worth even the $14. The only hot food was special fried rice, plantains and soup. There was a good selection of pastries but not of bread. A real disappointment, and a rip off, which is a shame cos I loved the room and the staff.
The property was well located and only a 15 minute drive from the old town in Quito.
It was very clean and well equipped.
The staff were very attentive and very friendly. We were very impressive with how helpful they well.
Check in was super easy and very quick- which suited us very well.
Our phone in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t contact reception!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights with Expedia and got a great room… king size bed, plenty of space and amenities. Found it is only a few us$ to get to the old town with Uber. Had an early start one morning and they put on a good early breakfast spread for us. Returned to hotel for a third night booked by Intrepid and we get a tiny room, one towel one bottle of water obviously the room only meant for one person 😂….

The service was excellent as was the the hotel transportation options. The breakfast was very good.
The bathroom needs a renovation, it is very dated. Other than breakfast the restaurant is very poor, poor choice and very poor quality. I ordered a Caesar Salad and received a bowl of lettuce, no Caesar dressing , they provided me a bottle of olive oil. The onion soup was perhaps the worst I have ever had.
