Pros:

Friendly staff, convenient to restaurants, breweries and downtown. Easy drive to the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay. It's an old hotel that has been completely refurbished with a modern minimalist vibe.

Freundlicher Empfang

Cons:

Leider eine große Enttäuschung! Das Zimmer war alt und abgewohnt, die Bettwäsche schmuddelig, der alte braune Teppichboden ungepflegt und die Klimaanlage viel zu laut. Die Bilder und Bewertungen im Internet wirken unserer Erfahrung nach nicht authentisch und entsprechen nicht der Realität vor Ort.
Die Unterkunft wirkt eher wie ein Motel in einer nicht besonders guten Gegend als wie ein Hotel. Würden wir definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

I had no idea I left my iPad in the room when checking out. A few hours later, the hotel staff reached out to let me know they found it on the bed. I couldn't be more thankful for their honesty and amazing service!

Thumbs up and I am so picky
Pros:

I've stayed here a few times and they have noticeably upgraded a few things that were a bit shabby a couple of years ago, so good job. Very comfortable. Easy to get to, safe, easy &safe parking, I like it. The area is getting even more interesting, good amenities nearby. Don't miss the sundial bridge, it is stunning and so beautiful. Redding is such a good place to stop, when so many places seem to be in decline, Redding continues to step it up.

Cons:

Idk, maybe better breakfast snacks? Even paying a few bucks for a nice pastry (there is an amazing shop a couple blocks away) would be pretty convenient. I skipped it this time, as I just wanted to get on the road, but grabbing one from the lobby and adding $3 to the room would have been awesome. Small thing.

Great location, great price, great staff
Pros:

We love this hotel. Have stayed twice. Our only complaint is the mattresses seem to need replacing. They are lumpy and soft and the pillows are hard. The staff, cleanliness, location, and lobby amenities are superb. I hope they replace the mattresses for firmer ones soon.

Nettes Hotel mit typisch amerikanischen Ambiente
Pros:

Nettes Ambiente, abends konnte man nett draußen sitzen. Kaffee und Tee sowie Wasser in Flaschen war jederzeit kostenlos verfügbar.

Cons:

Viel Sirenen, da die Feuerwache gleich nebenan war. Leider auch nachts immer wieder Brummen elektrischer Geräte. Die Nächte waren dadurch etwas unruhig....
