Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel! We had a great stay — everything in the property is new, well-maintained, and designed with great attention to detail. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness — both the room and the common areas were spotless.
A big advantage is the free and convenient parking, which is a huge plus in this area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable.

Это очень уютный и милый отель в самом прекрасном месте в Кутаиси. Современные номера оборудованы всем необходимым. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

Немного сложно было открывать дверь на терассу, она упиралась в кровать. Но это настолько незначительно, что сложно назвать недостатком

Schickes Hotel in super Lage mit georgischer Gastfreundschaft.
Pros:

Super Lage! Sehr netter Check-In mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zimmer sind geräumig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Frühstück mit Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich sehr gut Kaffee trinken.

Schöne, ruhige Lage über der Stadt, trotzdem war alles fussläufig zu erreichen

Cons:

Leider habe ich nicht darauf geachtet und das einzige Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gebucht, ohne Balkon und den schönen Ausblick

Pros:

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were decent, and having access to the hotel’s parking facilities was a convenient advantage.

Cons:

The biggest drawback of this hotel was the very poor sound insulation between rooms. We were frequently woken up by a crying child and noisy behavior from its parents, even around midnight. The room itself was quite dark, with the only window facing a wall, which made it feel rather gloomy. Unfortunately, there was also a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich guten Gewissens an alle wärmstens empfehlen kann.
Eine grandiose Lage mit dem Blick auf die Kathedrale und ganz Kutaissi. Das alleine ist bereits unbezahlbar. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb kurzer Zeit in der Stadt und kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß ablaufen.
Das Personal ist super. Stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mein besonderer Dank und Lob geht an an Zaza ☺️
Das Frühstück ist einfach, enthält jedoch alles was man braucht, das Hotel ist sauber gepflegt, die beiden Terrassen waren gold wert.
