Pros:

Zaza the manager was kind.Unfortunately although we booked 3 nights,due to flights,we spend only hours in our room otherwise.Another timexwe would like to stay longer.

Cons:

I liked the shower in the groundfloor room but not the wet room style in the upstairs room.It woukd have been good to be able to eat at the hotel or if the Garden cafe next door had been better.

Pros:

It was cozy, clean hotel with the view of mountains from the terrace and church from the room.
Convenient location where easy to get to the city center and Kutaisi garden and walk in the old city streets. Breakfast was tasty and thank you for the preparation of breakfast box at 3 am because I had very early flight

Pros:

Путешествовали по Грузии на машине, выбрали данную гостиницу, тк там есть парковка. Номер и гостиница понравились. Доброжелательный персонал, вкусные завтраки, рядом центр и красивый вид на город. Все было хорошо!

everything was great. lovely staff, very beautiful view from terrace and balcony. clean room, with everything needed. location is great, near to the centre and also in the historic part of the city, in front of Bagrati Cathedral. definitely recommended

A comfortable stay with excellent hospitality, beautiful views, and great value for money.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with complimentary coffee, tea, slippers and quality toiletries. The panoramic city view was beautiful, and the shared terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but the selection could have been slightly wider.

Η κατάλληλη βάση για το ταξίδι στο κουταισι
Pros:

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία στο πάνω μέρος της πόλης. Η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο είναι εύκολη απλώς κατεβαίνοντας μερικά σκαλιά βρίσκεσαι στο ποτάμι. Επίσης τα ταξί είναι πάρα πολύ προσιτά και το κάνουν ακόμα πιο εύκολο. Το δωμάτιο είναι όμορφο και καθαρό και έχει όλα όσα πρέπει.

Cons:

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο πλούσιο καθώς οι επιλογές δεν ήταν αρκετές. Παρ όλα αυτά, όσα υπήρχαν ήταν νόστιμα και ποιοτικά.

Amazing location and terrace sitting area.
Pros:

The location is superb, make sure to sit at the terrace in the evening, the view is stunning, especially on a warm summer evening. The host was a very nice helpful guy. We enjoyed the breakfast, you could tell there was an extra effort made for breakfast. If you want to stay in the historical part of town, that’s it.
