Lovely accommodation and facilities - disappointing food
Pros:

Had a real luxury feeling and great facilities, spa, gym, huge pool and outdoor area and a couple of different restaurants.

Cons:

I am celiac and the breakfast options looked good but in reality they weren’t. I ordered pancakes and they just tasted like cake mixture, they also had mini croissants but they were still defrosting and were hard as rocks and I was excited to try the gf pastries but they were hard. Someone from the management team need to try the gf food! At $168.00 Australia for 3 people which converted to about $200 nzd it wasn’t worth it.

Pros:

We want to mention certain staff who were great. In dining. Teresa , and Michael were fantastic. In concierge Kai was fantastic. They are staff who enjoy their job and go the extra mile for you
