GREAT FACILITY AND GREAT SERVICE

Overall it was good, clean and comfortable. Decent place. Would definitely return.
Pros:

The location was good, room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was happy there was an iron and hair dryer, and frig in the room. Also had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash....shower was really nice. The room met all expectations.
Loved the 24x7 fitness room. The pool was really nice as well, especially in 85 degree weather.

Some of the counter staff were very nice, a couple others felt like I was bothering them. It wasn't consistent.

Cons:

the price I paid on booking.com said that it included breakfast at 14.99 per person but when i checked in, they said the breakfast was not included and I would have to pay. So I paid additional money for nothing - for 4 people. That was a huge disappointment. I don't know if Booking.com ripped me off?

the other issue was the lack of sugar. There were coffee machines in the room, which was great, but it only came with 1 little sugar packet. We asked the front desk for more sugar, but were told no. So just bring sugar packets, or grab some when they have free coffee out in the morning. :) otherwise coffee in the room was really good!!

Perfect weekend getaway spot!
Pros:

Cons:

I requested that the blinds not be raised from the first day of the 2-night, 3-day trip, but they never fixed it until the end.
The decisive thing was that our accommodation conditions included breakfast.
The hotel said that breakfast was not included in the Booking.com and did not allow breakfast on the last day.
I paid for it, so what kind of absurd is this?
The hotel staff are really a mess.
The staff were uncooperative and unwilling to resolve the issue from the consumer's perspective.
