Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Ścisłe centrum, jednak cicho i spokojnie. Widok z restauracji hotelowej obłędny. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Skorzystaliśmy z kolacji degustacyjnej; wyjątkowe doświadczenie z pysznym jedzeniem na tle Vittoriano. Personel hotelowy cudowny i pomocny. Byliśmy szalenie wdzięczni za bezproblemowe wczesne zameldowanie i umilenie czasu oczekiwania na przygotowanie pokoju. Personel na recepcji, zawsze umilił nam czas miłą rozmową. Szczególnie miło wspominamy Claudio, który okazał się perłą w koronie obsługi. Zdecydowanie polecam i przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie z pewnością ponownie zawitamy.
Mimo wysłania informacji przed przylotem o posiadanych alergiach i zapewnieniu, że informacja będzie przekazana do restauracji, niestety co dzień zostawały podawane alergeny. Mimo zgłaszania problemu. Przy ostatnim śniadaniu, obsługa sama poinformowała, że wiedzą o alergiach i przygotują sałatkę owocową bez nich, niestety, ale się jej nie doczekałam. Podczas kolacji degustacyjnej to było nie od pomyślenia. Każda osoba z obsługi była na to wyczulona, poinformowana i pilnowała żeby nic takiego nie pojawiło się na stole. Ponadto, przy takiej klasie hotelu, czystość w łazience mogłaby być lepsza.

The location is fantastic; the hotel is located near all the places to visit in Rome. It is in the heart of old Rome and its shopping streets.
Gostei muito que, ao chegar no quarto, encontramos uma bandeja de frutas frescas como cortesia de boas vindas. Comemos quase todas ao longo dos primeiros dias e estavam deliciosas. Também gostei bastante do banheiro, que era bem espaçoso e estava muito limpo. Além disso, a localização excelente permitiu que visitássemos muitos locais caminhando.
O restaurante no rooftop atrai um grande fluxo de gente não hospedada no hotel. Houve uma noite em que cruzamos no elevador com um casal cuja mulher estava vestida de forma inapropriada para um ambiente familiar. Por esse motivo, não recomendaria esse hotel para famílias com crianças.

Tener que compartir el ascensor con la gente que viene a tomar algo a la terraza Oro Bistrot, se hace un poco pesada la espera

Localização é ótima (perto de tudo), com vista sensacional tanto do quarto, quanto do rooftop/restaurante, onde também é servido o café da manhã. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Limpeza muito boa (cheiro do hotel é maravilhoso).
Nosso quarto ficava logo abaixo do restaurante. Tinha uma vista linda, mas era barulhento (dava para ouvir as cadeiras se arrastando acima). O fato do restaurante ser muito bom (ponto positivo), tem o inconveniente de ficar fila no único elevador e nem sempre tem vaga disponível (no jantar), logo, é bom fazer reserva antecipada.
The breakfast options were amazing for Gluten Free diets. The view from the roof is stunning and the staff was amazingly attentive. The bathroom was very modern and beautiful. We got a room with a view and it was pretty but more partial as part of it is right in front of a historical building.
The AC temperature didnot go down below warm despite being on 19 Celsius, which for me is normally quite cool.
