Pros:

My stay was 6 nights, they didn't have hot water for 3 of the days. They offer breakfast but it was terrible. Only one staff member spoke. I would not ever stay here again. Didn't Comp a night

The room was clean

Cons:

I was there 6 nights and 3 of those days we didn't have hot water. They never offered to comp me a day or anything. Breakfast was terrible. Everything in crockpots. They don't have a kitchen

No running hot water when we stayed 😣 but family friendly & clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was not any hot water for when we got there or the morning of the following next day. Kind of a bummer 😣

A great place to stay!
Pros:

This is a great place to stay for the price, customer service, friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and clean property. The staff will bend over backwards to assist. Please be respectful as the staff is very respectful.

I liked that the AC was already on and the room was cold. Felt great coming out of the summer heat into a temperature comfortable room. Check-in was simple since I had done it online that morning before we left on our trip. The staff did their job, but no one smiled or seemed like they really wanted to be there, but they did what their job required.

Cons:

They have a picnic table outside, which is nice, but we had what seemed like homeless guys or people on drugs ... they looked rough, and i really dont want to speculate, but i have to describe them somehow, so anyways they were walking in the parking lot, gathering things from around cars. One walked and sat on the curb to one side of us, and the other was gathering things from around a car on the other side of us. I was facing my mom. so I could see one, and she could see the other. The guy on the curb pointed at us, and the other started to approach us. We went inside, and he turned around and stayed outside. It made us feel unsafe to sit outside and enjoy it.
Also, the hot tub is out of commission, so if you are booking this hotel because it has a hot tub, I would suggest calling to confirm it is working and you're able to use it. I was so sad to see it completely drained with no hope of being filled. I just finished chemo, and this was supposed to be a relaxing spa weekend.
I feel like there was something minor to add, but my chemo brain has blocked it from me for the moment. So it must not have bothered me that much.

La ubicación y una limpieza más o menos buena.

Cons:

Se anuncian con alberca interna pero esta helada y el jacuzzi bacio, lleve a mi niña y nisiquiera pudo nadar solo metió sus pies por lo helada qué estaba el agua.
