Pros:

The staff was great and very helpful and the pool was really relaxing.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows weren't the best. Normally a king size bed comes with king sized pillows

It's a great place to stay. Not bad at all we just got unlucky with a dirty housekeeper.
Pros:

I liked how close it was and how amazing the front desk staff were. They were so kind and quickly responded to our issues. They do take things very serious but are at the mercy of the housekeeping staff being dirty

Cons:

Our room had a strong egg like smell. We found that someone went number 2 in the toilet and let it fester for I do not know how many hours. The smell would not go away at all. We needed a room change.

Looks on the outside is not what it looks like on the inside, staff with attitudes and not friendly.
Pros:

When we first checked in and were asking for a senior discount, the whole party was over age 60. The receptionist was very rude and kept telling us that we should have requested the discount when we booked the reservation online.

Cons:

The room was too cold and stuffy.
Staff were not friendly or accommodating at all.
Breakfast didn't have a fair number of options.
A hanging bug catcher was hanging over the food counter in the kitchen, unsanitary and very nasty to have over the food you prepared for guests. "NASTY" Do not eat their breakfast.

Pros:

My bathroom seemed to be clean and my bed was comfortable

Cons:

It smelled odd in all area of the hotel. In the eating area there were ceiling tiles that were clearly water damaged. I am guessing the hotel also has mold issues due to the smell. The hallways and for in my room did not seem to be clean either.

Overall it was an okay place to stay.
Pros:

It was right by a gas station and a few fast food places super easy for a quick meal.

Cons:

They allow pets and as someone who has severe allergies to animals this would have been great information before booking.

I booked through booking.com for a one bedroom to queen bed sweet when we got there it was not booked and they stole the $900 for me I've never got my refund. I've left five or six messages for the manager never has returned my phone. But I would love it if somebody could call me because I can't afford to lose that money. Barb anello 314-791-1985
