Pros:

Excellent staff very helpful and courteous, We hand the family room and it was perfect, plenty of room and clean. The breakfast was delicious, would Certainly stay here again.

The only thing is there are no evening meals available on Mondays

Centre of town with parking

Cons:

Unfortunately the bathroom stunk of smoke from previous resident. Why cleaner had t registered this to ensure it was vented before they gave to another guest

Also breakfast didn’t start until 9.00am, was so poor

Also have continually requested an invoice and never received

Overall wouldn’t recommend this place

Pros:

No breakfast.Had to eat at a cafe down the street because the chef didn't turn up!!! Paid in advance so had to py twice for breakfast. Not recommended.

Quality accomodation
Pros:

I parked up and a staff member came out to me with the key which was brilliant as I had my disabled brother with me. I have stayed here before but in the main hotel , the courtyard accomodation was of the same good quality. The kitchen was well equipped and well presented and maintained. The living space had a table and 4 chairs x
I felt safe and comfortable - would love to go back again

Good location, nice old building. Little noisy.
Pros:

Location is busy, centre of town. In the hot weather with windows open it was quite noisy till late. And quite noisy from about 5pm. Nothing to do with the hotel, just due to location.

Cons:

Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Very welcoming.
We arrived late, restaurant was closed, but they said we could go get a takeaway, and they would give us plates, cutlery etc. and we could each it in the restaurant and watch the England game. Could not have been more helpful.

OMG I’m coming back here and I’m bringing my friends

It was very clean. Food was excellent.

Cons:

This is a weird place. I’ve never seen a more eclectic group of locals in my life. It was brilliant. I saw a man hide some chips in a planter from the coppers. I was also asked by a man if any South Africans lived near by because they were sleeping with his wife. I also saw a man get knocked out by the plod for being a bell end. This is genuinely one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on and I’ve been to Vegas.
