Great place for a family of 5 to stay a few nights
Pros:

Very clean, easy to get to, great staff, comfortable rooms with everything you need, good breakfast, family friendly, lots of space.

Lovely hotel, good location
Pros:

Great location (only 7 minutes to the SJC rental car center). Really nice, large room, large bathroom, nice shower, small area with a sink/microwave/fridge, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Not sure why you had to pay for parking!

Unfortunately, won’t stay again.
Pros:

Clean large room, modern hotel. Friendly staff.

Cons:

$20 parking fee should be waived. There’s plenty of parking available.
Hotel allowed a big group of people to host a bbq party with a ton of kids by the pool. The kids were running wild when we arrived and behaved unsafe and rude. Paper plates with half eaten food lying around by the pool and hot tub. Needless to say, we left and didn’t use the pool as planned.
Unfortunately, we then also had room neighbors who were really loud during the night, shouting at random times. Had to call the front office in the middle of the night and security took care of it but worst sleep experience.
