Great location, friendly staff, fab hot breakfast, bed a bit small for us
Pros:

Good hot breakfast and friendly staff. Location is great and free onsite parking, secured by barrier access is great. Short walk to the quay about 15 mins.

Surprisingly good.

Cons:

We are used to a very large bed so would have liked the option of having a larger bed but there are none. This is the only downside.

Comfy nights stay
Pros:

Very clean, comfy bed, good white linens and towels, friendly staff, good location especially for the ferry to Jersey with parking included in price. Nice toiletries in room. Excellent breakfast.

best stay of the week after 4 different hotels around the UK that week, would and have recomended it
Pros:

booked last minute due to ferry cancellation, we booked this hotel after remembering great reviews from friends and FB comments
We were not disapointed, excellent location, immaculate inside and out in all areas, and great quality food
We will return if in Poole again

An okay stay, but won’t be returning
Pros:

Touch points of the room clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower nice and warm.

Cons:

Due to the shape and angle of roof, wind noise very loud. Big draft even through closed windows. Food options for dinner, very limited and expensive. Shower, drops in pressure and does affect temperature.

Perfect location, iconic building, great food and drink
Pros:

Great location and view. Room clean tidy and spacious. Food choices and quality excellent.

Cons:

Scaffolding still up, this is our 3rd visit and noone has mentioned the scaffold at the time of booking. Window in room was broken and taped up.
