Pros:

La ubicación y el costo es lo mejor de este hotel.

Cons:

Tienen un problema con el agua caliente en la regadera. Es imposible regularla, de pronto salen chorros hirviendo y después deja de salir la caliente y sale pura fría.

Great Staff, Poor Place
Pros:

Wonderful and friendly staff who are coaxing the last bit of cash out of a crumbling hotel.

Bed’s decent, but the pillows are like bags of lazily mashed up potatoes - full of lumps. On the positive side - the staff are friendly, the AC cranks and the TV works…

Cons:

Where to begin…it’s located directly adjacent to THE major street (you’ll smell it all night - it’s like breathing from a motorbike tailpipe as you sleep) AND directly next-door to a fire house/emergency 911 ambulance Dispatch Center (you’ll hear the test sirens in the morning).

Communication prior to arrival is terrible and the Internet connection at the hotel is even worse…

Place is in need of more than a coat of paint… the tattered sheets reflect the state of the overall place. They’ll give you good, free coffee, but if it’s not ready until 8 AM, what’s even the point? There are much better deals on Cozumel, do a little research save yourself some time and money and frustration.

I suppose if you want to have easy access to the transverse road or an ambulance this might be the place for you.

Estuvimos solo 1 noche. Pero todo estuvo perfecto.
Estamos pensando en regresar pronto.
Las camas muy cómodas.

La ubicación esta muy bien, pero si tienes carro o moto.

Cons:

Todo fue genial.

Dato a considerar que no habia notado en la publicación: en la casa para 8 (4 hab) solo hay un baño con regadera.
Y un medio baño. No nos afectó, pero en una casa para tantos es bueno tenerlo en cuenta.

Pleasant staff but no amenities. Great for college aged people bumming around living on the economy

Comodo y agradable
Pros:

El hotel muy lindo y comodo, el staff super amable y siempre nos ayudaban en todo. El cuarto amplio y limpio, el baño limpio, y en una zona bastante comoda y no tan cerca de el ruido del centro

Cons:

Nuestro cuarto no tenia puerta de baño y solo era una tela, la tele ya estaba muy viejita (igual no fuimos a ver tele pero cuando queriamos poner youtube mientras nos arreglabamos tardaba mucho en cargar), solo limpian si te quedas mas de 6 dias o algo asi, solo estuvimos 4 dias y nunca entraron a limpiar (mas que nada el baño y la basura era lo que preocupaba), el wifi fallaba de vez en cuando y hubo un momento en el que llegaron huespedes que estaban haciendo mucho ruido afuera a las 10pm y el staff no dijo nada (a partir de las 11pm es quiet hours, pero era MUCHO ruido, no musica normal o platicas. Gritos, niños corriendo, pasando por nuestra puerta, etc).

Camera gigante e reception super disponibile con dei consigli davvero preziosi su dove noleggiare scooter, tour in barca e lavanderia. Ci hanno fatto risparmiare molto

Cons:

Aspetto davvero negativo: la camera non è per niente insonorizzata, sembra di avere i vicini in camera con voi.
Posizione un po’ lontana dal centro ma a 5 minuti con lo scooter o con i tuk tuk locali che costano 40/50 pesos.

Pros:

Struttura stupenda e camera meravigliosa spaziosa e curata, letto enorme e tutto pulitissimo. Staff ottimo, abbiamo prenotato un motorino con consegna direttamente in hotel e ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout

Cons:

Volendo proprio trovare qualcosa è leggermente distante dal centro ma comunque con diversi ristoranti locali in zona
