Me gustó mucho el lugar, muy lindo
A decent room size. The presence of a pool on the property. The ability to store scooters inside the premises if you rent them. Good Wi-Fi.
If you’re looking for even minimal peace and quiet, this place is definitely not for you. There is absolutely no soundproofing in the room. You can hear not only every movement and literally every word from your neighbors, but also loud music at night coming from nearby bars. It honestly feels as if the bar is right inside your room, and this goes on until 2 AM.
Separately, I want to mention something we discovered upon check‑in: housekeeping is provided only for reservations longer than 7 nights. So in a hotel that positions itself as a 4‑star property on Booking, we had no cleaning at all during our 3‑night stay. If you do want housekeeping, the prices start from 15 USD and go up to 60 USD depending on the type of accommodation.
The hotel’s location is extremely inconvenient in terms of access to beaches, restaurants, and other amenities.
And the final touch: for two adults staying three nights, we were given only two tiny pieces of soap and two small single‑use shampoo packets (I’m attaching these photos to my review).
esta bonito el lugar y las villas, la ubicación el espacio, aun que para ser 10 personas si queda chico se necesitarian mas camas
que solo nos dejaron 1 agua de litro y eramos 10 personas no habia cafe ni nada, no habia gas, las toallas eran 8 y eramos 10 personas los extras los cobraban, se supone que somos 10 deberian de dar 10 toallas.
El espacio era super espacioso ...muy grande y cómodo éramos 5 Personas básicamente cada quien tenía su habitación !!
Podría mejorarse la señal de internet era un poco intermitente con un router en el bungalow todo hubiese sido 10/10

El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, la habitación era muy grande.
La ubicacion era muy muy lejos del centro.
El baño estaba un poco tenebroso.

I've stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The location is far enough from the loud tourist zone, what's gives this place an extremely perfect taste of local living. Peaceful and quiet garden-style property makes me feel home. The locked gate gives a sense of security. The rooms are clean and chill. The stuff is nice and friendly. Close to local restaurants and shops. Well maintained rooms and entire property made my vacation complet. Extremely recommended to those in need of fresh air in their lives.

Detallito que el agua caliente solo sale dos minutos, solo una botella de agua de cortesía para una villa de 4 recamaras, una habitación decía dos camas individuales solo había una cama , y el horario de la alberca me hubiera gustado que fuera más tarde
A really great place to stay, only had time for one night due to work commitments, but the villa was very clean, well furnished, the beds were very comfortable, the pool area was nice and the hotel staff were friendly. The location is good, its around a 20 minute walk from the Ferry terminal but a taxi is only 100 MXN and could be there in 5 minutes.
