Everything - the hosts, the room, the cleanliness& the food was unfaultable.
Loved it was in Bispham just up the road from actual blackpool - but still accessible via the tram stop outside.
The area had lovely shops, bars restaurants.
Already booked to come again in November.

The staff were amazing! There is no faulting their professionalism and care towards guests. Absolutely amazing.
Sadly, and I feel uncomfortable saying this because the staff were so lovely. The room was tiny, basic, and I even upgraded to a sea view room for extra money, but half the window was frosted! So you couldn't even see the sea. Also because of the very small size of the room the bed and bedside table obstructed the window, so I was a bit upset I'd spent the extra money for an 'upgrade'.
Unfortunately, I feel the room was very overpriced; it hadn't been decorated in decades, and it certainly wasn't sea view label worthy. If the room had been a lot cheaper, I would have been ok with this; the bed was clean and its location was ideal for the reason for my visit. But too overpriced, unfortunately. Felt a bit sad when I walked in, and bank account was unnecessarily lighter.
Nice location, bispham ,next to red bank ,lovely shops bars restaurants, hotel just right,friendly hosts,offered use of breakfast room throughout day with cutlery and water ,you could bring own food and drink..Good breakfast lots.of hot tea.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel because it was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay there again.

The location was great in the sense of very quiet at night so got lots of rest.
