Conveniente
Pros:

La atención pese a no haber recepción física, de los trabajadores. La disponibilidad de lavandería, agua fresca, hielo, máquinas para reducir espacio en el equipaje...el buffet desayuno también estaba estupendo. La cercanía al metro de Tawaramachi.

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen moqueta. Ambos somos asmáticos y aunque la limpieza era prístina, es inevitable en un país con tanta humedad, que los ácaros no nos afecten. Tuvimos varios ataques de asma durante nuestra estancia, todos por la noche. Consideren tener algunas habitaciones con suelo sin enmoquetar para sus huéspedes alérgicos, porque el resto de cosas estaba bien.

I would stay again, great location
Pros:

Location was excellent. Clean and comfortable room. Great shower pressure, and a bathtub.

Cons:

Rooms small but okay if you only intend to rest there and be out exploring most of your time.

Pros:

The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean and serviced perfectly every day.
Beds and linen were good.
Shower and bathroom area was excellent.
Generally good space as it was a larger floor plan room so comfortable area.

Cons:

The check in process is basically unattended and was too complicated for our purposes.
When you arrive tired from a flight and transit process it's not great to have to handle problems with technology.
Staff did come out to assist but even this was complicated and time consuming.
Having no reception staff in attendance at a reception desk isn't an ideal situation and it's nice to be able to seek local advice etc.
As I said though the room was excellent and the housekeeping was excellent.
I had booked a room larger than most in Tokyo and it was as requested.
