The stay was comfortable and made easy thanks to the very efficient staff there like Mr. Amer and Mr. Akbar

Perfect place to stay in Madinah
Pros:

One of the best luxury hotels in Madinah, quite clean, spacious rooms, studio is equipped with a kitchen, dish washer, laundry machine, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, all you need is available, access to the Mall is possible through a door between the hotel and the mall, good welcoming front desk.
Good wi fi ,very clean hotel, decent breakfast it’s ok for your daily need.

Cons:

T.V channels are limited, not that much of movie channels.
