Fab spot!
Pros:

Amazing location with great proximity to bars, restaurants and shops. Beachfront access was brilliant. Great backyard space with games, dining area and TVs.

Staff throughout the property were super friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The backyard and beach area were managed by a third party. As a result, you had to have separate bills for each area which really started to add up with each 20% service tax and 9% city tax added.

Some parts of the hotel could do with better upkeep and/or maintenance.
We ended up needing to upgrade rooms as our original room was wasn’t ideal as it was next to the elevator. However, the supreme ocean view room was wonderful.

Bon hôtel avec un personnel très aimable
Pros:

Personnel aimable et accueillant à l’accueil et au service de la piscine notamment Bryan Santiago et Alberto qui ont été super sympas et serviables et qui nous ont toujours bien installés
Piscine : à dispo de l’eau fraîche toute la journée crème solaire etc
Quelques jeux au fond du jardin sympas aussi
Les matchs de foot pour le mondial sont diffusé sur un écran également
Bonne musique française dans le hall d’accueil.
Suite à un problème avec notre première chambre le personnel Melina et son collègue mais je ne sais pas le nom désolée c’est tout de suite mobilisé pour le corriger et nous changer des chambres dans les meilleurs conditions

Système happy hour de 17 a 18 pour 1dollar (tips) c’est sympa et cela permet aussi de penser aux salariés et d’avoir de meilleur tips je trouve le concept bien pensé

Les cocktails commandés à la carte sont servis dans un système de canette fermées, alors je trouve l’idée sympa mais en même temps pour notre part nous aimons aussi boire les cocktails dans des verres à cocktails et je trouve que ça casse un peu le charme du cocktails

L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu sur les espaces communs
Accès à la plage directement à la sortie de l’hôtel avec des transat et parasol grâce a des cartes remises par l’hôtel c’est vraiment un plus

Comme mentionné nous avons eu un problème avec notre première chambre suite à un problème dans la douche.

À mon sens l’hôtel devrait s’améliorer et se moderniser sur
Les clims qui font un bruit très importants et que l’on ne peut pas régler
Les fenêtres qui devraient être changer pour avoir un système oscillo battant ou ouverture sécurisée mais pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer est primordial
Investir dans des recharges de shampoing gel douche etc pour la planète plutôt des miniatures

Nous avons vu une réelle différence entre notre première chambre dont le plafond cloquait et commençait à moisir et la chambre d’après (vue sur mer) qui était bien mieux entretenue.

L'hotel n'est pas propre. L'emplacement meme si c'est à South Beach n'est pas top. Les équipements et la literie sont vraiment fatigués. Quand je vois la multitude de choix à South Beach je regrette vraiment mon choix d'hotel. L'hotel a besoin d'etre refait d'A à Z.
