Hotel bem localizado, mas precisa de melhorias.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, comida excelente porem cara, área externa super gostosa, acesso fácil à praia, serviço atencioso e cortes.

Cons:

Quartos precisam de melhorias no sistema de ar condicionado. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto quebrou, tivemos que trocar de quarto - pra um menor. E o ar nesse também não estava funcionando perfeitamente, barulhento e difícil de operar.

Skvělá lokalita.

Cons:

Staré vybavení. Hluk s chodby diky starým dveřím, které nebyli nijak odhlučněné. Úklidová služba nekladla žádný důraz na kvalitu. Jednou nedodala ručníky, které jsou součástí a jindy zase chyběly kelímky na pití. Prostě bych očekával daleko lepší služby v takovém hotelu, na takovém místě, za takové peníze. Diky svému místu lze hotel hodnotit velmi pozitivně, jen je třeba klást důraz na kvalitu personálu a služeb. V námi vybraném termínu nebylo nijak zmíněno, že dva hotely, hned vedle ubytování, podléhají rekonstrukci / nové výstavbě a veľmi intenzivní a nadměrný hluk je nepříjemný pro ubytované jak v pokoji tak na pláži i u bazénu. Za takto vysokou cenu by měla být informace veřejná!!!!

הגיעו למלון קבוצת גדולה(מעל 30) נערות .חלק גדול התארחו באותה קומה לידנו .עד שעות מאוחרות הן הרעישו והפריעו ובבוקר בשעה מוקדת המדריכים שלהם דפקו בחוסר רגישות על הדלתות.של החדרים שלהם,דבר שגרם לנו להתעורר.
היה מן הנמנע לשים קבוצה כזאת בקומה משלה.

Muy buena la ubicación , el personal dentro del hotel muy buena nos dio gusto volver después d 4 años y encontrar a Juan en las maletas , Bryan Alberto en la piscina y el joven argentino en las toallas muy buenas .

Cons:

La mala atención de los jóvenes meseros en la playa no sabíamos que ahora solo teníamos que consumir lo que ellos vendían y nos hicieron botar nuestras cosas al basurero entendemos las reglas pero habiendo ya retirado las cosas nos insistían que nos iban a retirar muy chocantes y pesados ,realmente pagamos un servicio y no merecíamos que nos carguen tanto

Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage!
Pros:

Strand war superschön. Man hatte immer eine Liege, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Man konnte sowohl Getränke wie auch Essen bestellen, welches einem zum Platz gebracht wurde.

Loved this place!
Pros:

The property was clean, close to the beach, right near great restaurants and bars. The property manager was super accommodating and responding quickly to any questions. Booking again in the fall for my birthday!

Lobby was decent; happy hour bartender was good

Cons:

The front entrance was covered with a blue tarp, lobby was ok, check in service took a long time. We had booked an ocean view room and it had an extremely limited view (1st pic is zoom of ocean view, second is actual view). Walls had cracks in them, floorboards as well. Water drained very slowly, tv pixeled the entire time. Second room wasn’t any better. Spent over $1,000 on 2 rooms and still had to pay for parking ($33), with parking being across the street, around the corner, and down one block). Noisy with doors slamming. Central AC hardly worked and room had a wall unit AC which was very very loud. Big rip off and extremely disappointing.
