Hotel frisch renoviert
Personal sehr freundlich
Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge

Cons:

Beschreibung zum Parkplatz fehlt.
Man muss die Tiefgarage nehmen und dann ein Ticket für den Rabatt an der Rezeption abholen

Pros:

Lage zentral, Zimmer gut, Frühstück sehr lecker,Service gut, Klimaanlage okay! Sehr ruhig, trotz der Lage unmittelbar zum Hauptbahnhof! Rundherum alles super!

Pros:

Naja das Zimmer war frisch renoviert denke ich.
Bad zu klein, Toilettenschüssel zu eng an der Duschkabine, kein Platz für dicke Personen

Cons:

Viel leider, an der Rezeption ging es zu langsam,
Morgens sollten 2 Personen dort sein.
Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle .in meinem Gang standen überall Bilder und Stehlampen herum Kein Klima an der Rezeption und in den Fluren

Pros:

Die absolut einmalige Lage neben dem Freiburger Bahnhof ohne jegliche Geräuschbelästigung mit unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt, besonders erwähnenswert die sehr gute Anbindung zum Europapark. Personal überaus freundlich und gastorientiert, die Wohlfühlatmosphäre im gesamten Hotel insbesondere beim Frühstück. Zimmer sind einfach, überschaubar, modern und funktionstüchtig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes fanden Renovierungsarbeiten auf einer anderen Etage im Hotel statt, die für uns aber keine Beeinträchtigung darstellten. Es gab für uns keinerlei Einschränkungen und wir hatten Verständnis.

Potential to become but poor now
Pros:

The location is absolutely great, right in downtown. Staff friendly, they do their best. Infrastructure not supporting. Breakfast was good with very serving and smiling staff.

Cons:

No air conditioning, fridge not working, dehumidifier not really strong, two sockets not working, white sheets with some dots, in plain summer reaching 35C for a month and no air conditioning they use nordic covers, elevator under construction (only one in a 13th floor building), rooms small…
