Pros:

Good rooms, clean linen, quiet.
Clean washroom, helpful reception staff.
Okay for short stay for business visits.
Sufficient food outlets nearby.

Cons:

Restaurant staff needs training.
Breakfast service was slow. Replenishing items took time. Requests to the serving staff during breakfast were lost and forgotten.

The approach outside hotel was muddy and soiled due to rains. Couldn't park car there. Could be cleaned with coordination with local authorities.
Insufficient parking space for 4 wheelers behind the building.

There was a column inside our room reducing the space and constricting the ease of movement within the room.

Very comfortable and nice stay.
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained property. The staffs were all very courteous and special mention about the lady receptionist who helped me through the entire booking process. Good food and a nice locality. Keep it up guys and thanks 🙏

Pros:

The stay was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, and the overall ambiance was comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only issue was that there was no floor mat outside the bathroom. After taking a shower, the floor became wet, making the room a bit messy. Adding a bath mat would make the stay even more comfortable.

Pros:

Location is very good and the rooms were clean and TV and other amenities were in working condition. No complaints.

Cons:

Frontdesk team can be a little more vigilant on whom to charge the bill. They charged my guest and not me. They also declined to return the payment to the guest even when I told that I will pay them. We had booked 3 rooms and the price for 2 identical rooms were different, not sure why.
