Customer service goes a long way
I am a regular customer here. I made an online reservation yesterday, but upon arrival, the waiter was very rude and even raised his voice at me. This will be my last visit due to the terrible service. Note: this happened on Tuesday, 09/01/2026, around 6:00 p.m. I will not be back.

We been staying at this hotel over 2 years and each time we stay we never had any issue. The service we receive is always pleasant, never had any issue with any of the employees. When we wanted a specific there is no hesitation they will always try to accommodate us. The area has places to eat and grocery very convenient and walking distance. We would recommend our friend and family.

I know Fremont has only a few choices to choose from. Choose elsewhere. I made two reservations by mistake and they would not refund my money. It was done through booking.com and they would not respond to booking.com emails for waiver of the refund fee. They said "I'm a smart girl who made this reservation, figure it out" I've been on the phone with booking.com and they told me the hotel refuses to waive the fee. Not only was the hotel manager rude, the room was not nice.

DO NOT BOOK here! The manager was rude and refused to answer booking.com and waive the refund fee. I had booked twice and only required one room. I used and paid for one room. I've been trying to get a refund from booking.com and this hotel for over a month. DO NOT USE BOOKING.com

The carpet and chair were dirty. The windows green was broken. The blanket was stained and had a hole. The bathroom had black circular patterns on the shower walls. The room was very stuffy and had an unpleasant odor. When I asked for a full refund, I was told I would get a refund in the morning. The morning manager did not follow through with a full refund.
This place is WILD! We got here early from our long flight (noon) and they said we couldn't check in for 2 hours, which is not totally unheard of. What IS unheard of is that there are no restrooms for guest who wait in the Lobby for their rooms to be ready. We had to walk to a nearby convenience store just to use the bathroom. They were unapologetic and rude. The lobby was dirty and the staff was worse. I wouldn't stay here again even if the room were free!
