The breakfast and the nice staff members
Very clean room
Staff nice
Breakfast was awful, bed uncomfortable
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice.
A lot of noise in the halls at night
Amenities were pretty good. Breakfast could use an upgrade.
Pricing doesn't match appearance, very dated furniture and electronics. Could definitely use an USB upgrade ASAP.
Not much opinions for breakfast
Bedding were clean and small fridge was potent
Pillows were very hard, old room and furniture and not water to drink.
The price was reasonable. Rooms were clean.. no complaints 👌
Well.. we went to the continental breakfast. It was a very small room. Space limited, breakfast wasnt so filling. Muffins, apple juice, orange juice, waffles, yogurt, not a variety of cereal. Small coffee cups... also.. our room restroom was occupied so a sweet house keeper let us us a locked restroom. My son over heard she got in trouble for letting me use their restroom, and hearing the housekeeper saying we were paying customers the big guy still gets upsets and tells her I don't care dont do that again. So.. hearing this was sad upsetting. He didnt care about customers and customer service. But she did. Kudos to her. And for the big front desk guy... im not coming back. Thanks. Our bath tub floors squeaked loud.. wasnt pleasant. And mannn was our restroom small..
Location was great… breakfast was good… had a pleasant stay
Everything was good!
Zero - Nothing - Don't waste your $70 on this Motel
Staff was rude. Tried to put a handicap person on 2nd floor no elevator- (Handicap room 1st floor requested at time of booking). Was told they did not have handicap rooms. Broken metal in bathtub. Breakfast was awful, expired yogurt. Bread was still in loaf from the store and No Tongs to pick up - people had to handle loaf with bear hands. Do not drink the water - I carry a water tester with me and their water did not pass it tested 221 (in the not safe range). No Bottled water in vending machine. 0 to 150 is good water above 151 to 500 may not be safe. 500 call epa. Mini Fridge was frozen and not cooling. AC banges. Not ADA Compliant - No Disabled rooms & parking too narrow.
Close to food and shopping and easy access to interstate
Did not like that the outer door next to my room was accessible to the public. Didn’t feel like a safe decision on the hotel’s part. Additionally, one of the exit doors has a sensor on it which does not work 100% of the time- this is a concern for fire safety. If the sensor cannot detect movement when the air is clear, what will happen when smoke obscures it? People won’t be able to exit that door
