Easy check-in, friendly staff.
Had trouble finding our room which was in a separate building. Decor was a little shabby in spots and public areas were not particularly clean. Sit-down breakfast was basic, and not included in the price.
Very nice stay, very nice staff.
While this is close to SFO, it's down a long road past many, many other hotels. Got in and found that there was no soap in the bottle dispenser. Called and requested housekeeping refill it. After 20 minutes or so no one came so went down for dinner. The "bistro" had a DJ complete with stand and flashing lights and deafening music. Not what you want after a long day of travel and not great for a peaceful meal - it's not a nightclub. Discovered that the toilet paper rolls weren't large enough to fit securely in the arms of the toilet paper holder so they would fall off completely if you tried to use them. Hair on the floor of the bathroom. Keurig machine not working. Body wash in the shower (which I had counted on as a soap substitute) was almost complete out as well. I know this isn't a fancy hotel but they seem to have gotten the basics wrong. Oh, and housekeeping didn't knock but opened and then peeked in the door to see if I had checked out yet. Did they get any training at all?
Perfect hotel for family with small children. Friendly staff Receptionist Tey very helpful and accommodating. Parking should be free for the guest. So far all good 👍
Excellent Hotel Pride of ownership
The front desk employee handled my check-in unprofessionally. I requested two rooms next to each other before accepting one king room, but the rooms ended up far apart. When I returned to ask about it, he remained on his phone, showed no empathy or apology, and dismissed my concern by saying the rooms were “close enough.” A simple acknowledgment and willingness to help would have made a big difference. Customer service starts with listening and treating guests with respect.
Room was clean and beds were prepared neatly. Did not avail of breakfast.
Had to pay for parking fee while staying at the hotel. Should be included in the charges.

The employee, I believe his name Seb or something had phonemenal customer service! He worked Thursday night.
Harley was very helpful in assisting with our breakfast needs at the restaurant. He served our food hot and with care. A great asset to your hotel.
