This hotel was a delightful surprise in every way.
Pros:

There was nothing we didn't like. Lovely facility, back outdoor area and pool were well manicured, very pretty at night. The customer service was exceptional. Terrell is a treasure!

Cons:

Nothing. In fact, we will stay here again, and again, and again.

Cons:

The bag containing the hair dryer fell from the shelving and into the toilet in the middle of the night. The bag was half full of water so the dryer, which was immersed, was possibly damaged. I discovered it when I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I reported it to the front desk. I had not used it. I am bald. The mirror in the bathroom needs to be replaced as the reflecting surface has large areas that have deteriorated in the middle of the mirror.

Nice hotel.
Pros:

Decent gym. Comfortable room. Small but good pool for families with kids. The location is excellent.

Cons:

The carpet in the room. Hard floors would be better. It also would have been nice to have a safe and mini fridge in the room.

Good Stay With Family and Pets
Pros:

Loved the location and the pet-friendly policies. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and had all we needed. Breakfast was simple, but it was sufficient for our needs.

Cons:

Parking was expensive, but it was not especially so for hotels in the area.

Great stay
Pros:

Very well located, loved the pool and breakfast. Hotel had a wonderful charm

Cons:

Passageway carpets on room floors are in need of a change. Hotel is not modern but keeps the price down and adds to the charm.
