Great staff great location not so much a good bathroom
Pros:

Location was fabulous most of the amenities on property we’re great

Cons:

The toilet in our room was approximately 15 inches off the floor. It looked like a toilet for little kids my handicap wife could not even use the toilet in that room. She had to go to the lobby.

Great location in historic Charleston
Pros:

The location is great, it is easy to walk all around the historic district, there were many dining options within a couple of blocks, and the Charleston Museum was just across the street. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good..

Cons:

It would be nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

Room needs updating. Needed maintenance 3 times to attend to problems. Housekeeping was hit or miss.

We had a great time discovering historical Charleston.
Pros:

Nice variety served at Breakfast. Staff was friendly and very informative about attractions and restaurants in and around the area.

Cons:

The room smelled musty or maybe like urine. The bathtub water would not completely turn off. The carpet seemed dirty The room just really needs updated and there also was no refrigerator The mirror in the bathrr had a lot of black marks on it and the full length mirror should have been hung down by the window so you can see yourself

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kristie who helped us out of a jam with the parking lot! Loved the courtyard! Would definitely stay again.

Great location and breakfast was good! Room left something to be desired.
Pros:

The location was excellent! Close enough to walk to many locations. Easy bus ride to others from in front of the property!

Cons:

The room was not ready by check in so had to wait 30 min after having unloaded our luggage in the rain. The air conditioner return vent in the ceiling leaked and dripped the entire time. We put down towels and told the front desk but they did not seem concerned. Very noisy area with room facing Meeting St.
