Front Desk staff excellent! Friendly, accommodating and 'out of their way' helpful.
Was easy walk to everything we needed size of rooms are good
Damp no fresh air a/c leaks on floor so carpet is wet and smells wet staff moved us only the room they moved us to had not been cleaned by morning staff and this was 6pm - no fridge that we had paid for until half way through our stay unorganised staff kept saying sorry but really
Conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions and there was a convenient shuttle bus.

Rooms were clean, facility was good, employees were very helpful
The breakfast was not very good. I feel like it wouldn't take much to make it good but the way it is isn't good. I would have rather went out and paid for breakfast if I'd a known that was how it was going to be. The parking passes to get in and out of the parking garage was a pain. Had to get a new one just to get out.

Hotelli on loistavalla sijainnilla, edestä kulkee ilmaiset kaupunki bussit ja kävellen pääsee myös ydin keskustan palveluihin ja nähtävyyksiin. Palvelu sekä viereinen autohalli toimi loistavasti hotellin parkkipaikkana.
Huone oli viilennetty tosi kylmäksi, Ilmastointi lämmitti hitaasti usean päivän ajan kuutta astetta lämpimämmäksi.
Ihmettelimme, miksi aamiainen tarjoillaan kertakäyttöastioilta. Aamupalalla ei ollut mitään tuoretta tarjolla.

The hotel staff were rude and not friendly at all. Not sure what the problem was but it was unnecessary. I can provide exact examples so please reach out but given how lovely Charleston is-this hotel needs to do something about it.

Excellent location in the historic district! Very walkable and lot of restaurants and parks near by! The staff were excellent and very friendly! Definitely would stay again! Loved the outdoor space and pool as well!
