Comfy bed and lovely pillows. Good shower room, great breakfast, attentive staff.

Cons:

It was on a fairly busy main road and noisy early in the morning. Parking is a nightmare.

Excellent stay in the heart of Bourton on the Water
Pros:

Wonderful location in the heart of Bourton on the Water. The breakfast was locally sourced and delicious, as was the dinner we had in the The Tap Room. We regretted not eating there both nights of our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Great location. Excellent restaurant and staff. Comfort fell short due to street noise.
Pros:

We had the best meal of our entire trip at the restaurant- the delicious chicken and tarragon pie! It was so good that we returned for same meal on another evening.

Cons:

Our room was spacious however located right at the front of the inn on ground level. It was right on a busy street so the noise from traffic was very disturbing, even at night. Very poor sleeps due to street noise. Ask for room at back of building if available.

Wonderful location, cosy room and worth the visit
Pros:

The location was wonderful, just off the main road and near to the river. The facilities in the room (tea/milk/coffee) were lovely, and so were the staff.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Within easy walking distance of the village, amenities, and yet very quiet. Having on site parking was brilliant as we could leave the car and take trails to various nearby villages. Using the car in afternoons to get to father afield places of interest.
Breakfasts excellent. Waiting on staff and cleaner helpful and amenable. Always smiling.

Cons:

The bar staff closed up around us one evening at 9:45 as we sat having a drink Turning all the lights off and dowsing the candles. Granted we were the only ones there but it felt we ought to take our drinks up to the room.
