Overall a good stay,
Pros:

Close to nearby cute town and within easy reach of other locations around the Cotswolds, clean and good breakfast.

Cons:

We were in the loft room on the hottest day of the year so was very uncomfortable during the night but that’s down to the British weather not the b&b itself, the corridors could have smelt more pleasant but other than that a nice stay for 2 nights.

Un hotel estupendo
Pros:

Hotel en el mismo centro de Bourton on the water. Muy limpio y con su parking al lado. Desayuno muy completo y riquísimo. Habitación muy coqueta.

Cons:

Que nos cobraran 7,50 £ por dejar el coche en su parking, ya que debería ser gratuito. El Parking debería de ser además solo y exclusivamente para los clientes del hotel, ya que cuenta con pocas plazas. El chico que nos atendió en la recepción, nos dijo que no podíamos desayunar hasta las 8:40, lo que nos retrasó algo en nuestra planificación, pero bueno no pasa nada porque al final estás de vacaciones y la calidad del desayuno y la atención recibida fueron de 10.

Lovely stay, great breakfast and lovely staff. Small carpark needs to be highlighted better.
Pros:

Great location in a lovely part of the world.

Cons:

Car parking is very hit and miss, arrived to check in at 3pm and car park was full so had to park at a public car park further up the road until gone 7pm.

Overall good.
Pros:

My room, my location, the breakfast.

Cons:

First day checked in, told to book early for a meal, had a shower came straight down to book, within a thirty minute window fully booked told I could eat outside, went elsewhere. Car parking spaces limited parked half n half end of row so cars can get around, I was in model village, told to move car, yellow fiat and white audi between them took three spaces, dont think they looked for owners. Some staff brilliant others a bit obnoxious.

Really enjoyable stay at the Old New Inn. Highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent situation in Bourton on the Water. The hotel was a lovely place to stay. The bedrooms were spotless and really cozy. The public areas are really smart. There is seating outside at the front and a nice garden off the bar and restaurant. Food was really high quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like, it was brilliant.

Lovely hotel & breakfast!
Pros:

We recently stayed at The Old New Inn and had such a lovely experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The bar and restaurant have that quintessential Cotswold charm, while the bedrooms offer a more modern country feel, which we really loved. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless, beautifully finished, and looked brand new.

It was a nice touch to have a kettle, biscuits, and bottled water provided in the room. And the biggest surprise of all… a Dyson fan! We stayed during a 32°C heatwave, so this was an absolute lifesaver. Despite the soaring temperatures outside, our room stayed surprisingly comfortable.

The food and drinks were excellent, and guests receive 10% off their bill, which was a lovely bonus. We couldn’t believe that two glasses of the house red wine came to under £8 – an absolute bargain!

Breakfast was delicious too, with a fantastic self-service selection of cheeses, ham, yoghurt, cereals, and pastries, followed by a menu of freshly cooked hot breakfasts to choose from.

Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming, and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

Parking is available for £7 per day and can be arranged directly through the hotel, which we thought was very reasonable. The cost for our bed & breakfast stay was also fair & reasonable!

We had a fantastic stay and will 100% be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Small room, clean hotel, very steep stairs
Pros:

Location was convenient, but the room was very small. We barely had room for 2 suitcases on the floor. There was a VERY steep and skinny set of stairs to get to the room and it was very difficult to get our suitcases up and down. The hotel and room were clean, the bathroom was very small, and although it was somewhat cool out, it still got warm in the room. They did have a fan for the room.
