Cons:

Solicite habitación de 3 camas y una de dos camas . La de 3 era la misma de 2 con una camita agregada lo que hizo la habitación muy pequeña. Imagino que hayan habitaciones de 3 camas normales.

A comfortable and reliable stay in a great beachside location.
Pros:

A comfortable and well-run hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from El Sardinero beach. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the staff were consistently professional. It is not a hotel that tries to impress with luxury or design, but it delivers exactly what you expect from a solid four-star property. A very good base for exploring Santander's beaches.

Cons:

Feels a little dated by today's standards, but somehow this also gives the hotel a more traditional character rather than making it feel neglected.

The location of the hotel is perfect, a lovely 5 minutes stroll to the seafront with tapas bars, cafes, restaurants, and Santander Bank so close. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and everything so clean. If you are English (I know!) and need a cup of tea, take a portable kettle with you as there is only a coffee making machine using pods.

Cons:

It is very hard to criticise this lovely hotel as everything is honestly very very good indeed. Maybe the decor in the cafe part could be updated with a few comfortable chairs and settees and relaxing music. I am sure for some it is more than enough.
