Muy buen servicio de limpieza y bien insonorizado. Muy buena oferta gastronómica y buen trato, especialmente de Cristina en el Restaurante. Muy próximo a la playa del Sardinero. A pesar de fin de ser fin de semana y temporada no era muy difícil aparcar. Ibamos en familia y tuvimos las habitaciones en familia.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, no disponía de zona de piscina.

Great location and very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located for our visit to Santander. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The parking arrangements were also excellent.

Old hotel focusing on profit avoiding maintenance.

Reception staff at the edge of acting arrogant, lacking basic training on hospitality and friendliness.

The room not clean - no excuse for a 4 star rated hotel charging 200 EUR/night. Sticky light switches, worn out rooms, hairs on the bed, dust everywhere.
