Buena localizacion, cuarto de baño nuevo, buenas vistas desde la hab

Cons:

Mucho ruido de tuberias, cuando eran utilizadas en otras habitaciones y del aire acondicionado, desayuno aceptable de calidad, pero muchas personas para el espacio, habia q hacer cola para cafe,zumo,tostadora. Las instalaciones, paredes e instalaciones necesitan una reforma o modernizacion, no es un 4 estrellas.

La ubicación del hotel

Cons:

La fachada del hotel está en obras, nuestra habitación tenía vistas al Alcázar pero totalmente tapadas por los andamios. Pero lo peor fue el ruido de la obra, del cual no nos habían advertido previamente. Fue insoportable la siesta del viernes. No me parece aceptable teniendo en cuenta el precio de la habitación. A la habitación le hace falta una reforma sobre todo de puertas. El baño si está reformado pero huele fatal. En mi opinión no se merece las 4 estrellas.

Atención extraordinaria por su personal
Pros:

La atención del personal de recepción. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que le preguntamos. Nos llamaron taxi en un par de ocasiones. Nos dieron muy buenos consejos. Son excelentes!

Muy buena ubicacion. La habitacion superior es grande y la cama muy comoda.

Las persianas no funcionan. La television es muy pequeña para el tamaño de la habitacion. Al ser un edificio antiguo, las paredes son como de papel y se oye mucho la habitacion contigua. Tuvimos mala suerte y nos toco una habitacion al lado con chicos pequeños de unos 11 años que estaban solos, debian ser de una excursion de colegio sin ningun control de tutor. Desde las 12 de la noche empezaron las voces, gritos y jaleo. Lo dijimos en recepcion para que pusieran orden pero no fue nadie y tuvimos nosotros que llamarles la atencion. Alrededor de las 8 de la mañana otra vez jaleo. Una noche sin descanso.
